De gym en zwembad waren erg tof. Bed was zeer comfortabel! Alles erg schoon, goed verzorgd. Personeel erg behulpzaam. Top voor een tussenstop richting Londen, Cornwall of de Eurotunnel
Wij zijn niet zo van het Engels ontbijt. We misten wat meer vers fruit (aardbeien waren van die diepvries aardbeien), kaasjes en hammetjes voor bij het brood en goede koffie
I’ve stayed here before many times and it was good the location for my business is perfect
During my stay the room was not cleaned one and the lack of a toilet brush was problematics. I asked the staff about having this addressed but still it didn’t happen. Very disappointing. There was an organisation staying and they had breakfast laid on early for them. I like to have my breakfast early when it’s a buffet as it fresh. But the food was dried out by the time I got there

Room felt small. If room was bigger it would benefit from having a mini fridge in the room
The staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming. The aircon in the room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable.
My only issue was the car parking, When i arrived it was difficult to get a space. I also struggled to pay on line. i then found out it was included in my booking so in affect i paid twice. The guy did put a credit on my room of £5 however i didn't use my room number to order food.
The ambience of the hotel from arriving to leaving was great, the staff, the room and the food were all great.

I was on the second floor directly above the gym, until the gym closed all I could hear was thumping gym music, weights being dropped etc. This then resumed early in the morning when the gym reopened.
I will never stay here again - very disappointed.
Location and modern facilities
The gym plays very loud music up to 11pm in the evening, and starts up again around 7am.
For those who are after an early night sleep, are very tired from a long day of travel (like I was), or have children, this may be a problem.
I was staying on the second floor. A previous visit I was on the fifth floor and couldn’t hear the gym, so perhaps something is needed to improve the acoustic insulation - or ensure the gym turns its music down at respectable levels after a certain time in the evening.
Good location with fast and friendly staff at check-in. Rooms were clean and tidy with plenty of facilities. In particular, the Air-Con was great. The Breakfast was First-Class with plenty of choice.

Ultra modern, facilities seemed very good the Gym and pool although I didn’t use them I had a look.
I booked in plenty of time and the price was excellent. I actually really love this hotel. It’s the second time I’ve stayed there and the rooms are superb.

It was our second visit, and we were just as impressed as our first visit.
On arrival, we were met by George, a real gem, and a real asset to the village organisation, who booked us in, sorted our parking, and gym visit.....
Room is clean, fresh, and funky.
Staff are all amazing.
Drinks in the bar are reasonably priced.
Breakfast was superb.
We love this hotel, it gives us a real holiday vibe, as if we were abroad.
Keep it up, your providing a top notch service....

If you are not after an early night or a lay in, then this hotel is ok. Noise from gym is like being in a nightclub. Stops about 10.30pm and starts again at 6.30am.
