Comfort stay but need better cleaning
Pros:

Room layout was great. Free breakfast was good. The kitchen was handy.

Cons:

The shower was dirty. There were different lengths of hairs on the shower wall. It was disgusting.

Pros:

They told me the hotel was full despite my reservation and sent me to the worst hotel in Buffalo. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I reached out to the manager and never got a response. VERY DISAPPOINTING

The kids loved the pool and it was close to the galleria mall.

very nice stay but must mention the lovely service of the receptionist Kelly. Kelly was there when we arrived, so helpful, cheerful, friendly & professional and was also there for our departure the next morning. What a shining star!
