Our stay was wonderful: spacious and clean room for a reasonable price.
Pros:

Our room was impeccably clean. It was spacious and easy to move about. The kitchenette was an added bonus. We would definitely look to re-book this room for future stays and already made a recommendation to friends.

Cons:

Guests should be aware that the kitchenette is bare and they need to request utensils, cookware, plates, coffeepot, etc. ahead of time. We only stayed one night, and it wasn't a huge inconvenience to get coffee at the continental breakfast, but we were hoping to have a coffeepot in the room.

in general, it was a good stay, so we extended the room for a few days then.
Pros:

Location is really good if you have a plan to visit Providence or Newport, it's just 10 min to downtown Providence by car and usually the traffic is quite good. And for sure you will save money from the very expensive hotels in Providence, especially at graduation season.

Cons:

The system can not let us check in when we arrive there at 2 am due to some technical issues. A young lady there tried everything she could do and say sorry to us, so we had to move to a hotel nearby to comfort our exhausted bodies after a 20-hour trip. The problem was solved the next morning, but it was still very unpleasant for us.

quite pleasant stay for 2 weeks
Pros:

The location is very quiet but still very convenient to reach restaurants and shops around. My main purpose is visiting my son who lives in downtown Providence, so 10 minutes by car is really perfect.

The kitchen inside the studio really saves us, since we could easily cook our favorite food, that's really cool.

Cons:

The breakfast is true garb-and-go style, but what you can get is absolutely up to timing, you'll find little in case you're there too early or too late. it's kind of art thing...

Pros:

Parking was easy and close to the door

Cons:

We were on the 3rd floor. On Saturday, I wasn't feeling well and tried to rest/ sleep, the noise and banging on the floor was unbearable. I tried calling the front desk for 30min, then just went down. The desk person wasn't very helpful, he didn't know what to do, I asked him to call and ask them to keep it down a bit. The noise kept up.
