After counting Uber fare, I got Motel 6 experience for twice the price of a room at the MGM

Cold AC. Spanish style architecture.

Cons:

Rattling AC in room 207, and very cold lighting was a letdown when compared to listing photos, jail cell vibes. Lifeless atmosphere overall with an empty event space and a bar and restaurant closed at 5PM. The 3PM check in and 11am check out doesn’t leave much chance to enjoy those amenities; why have a restaurant open between 11am and 3pm at all, given that the hotel is located in such a physically isolated part of town, knowing that you just missed your chance to grab a bite by a small sliver of time is very frustrating.

I’m not sure why I’m getting IDd at the door to stay at a hotel that doesn’t seem to want to operate a bar or events on a busy weekend.

Be attentive while booking this hotel! When I came there they demanded me to pay twice more money!

Be attentive with this hotel! When I came there they demanded me to pay twice more money! They say that they don't cooperate with booking and the price of their room is higher! While I was waiting two more people had the same problem. I wrote to booking, and the manager said they I can be in my room. So, I didn't pay more money but situation wasn't pleasant!

Vegas is not the same robbed us by the services offered. Not service animal friendly...Pissd off VET

Wasn't accepted due to service dog

Cons:

Never got my full refund. They debited 225 dllrs and only refunded 28dllrs after requesting refunding me within 5 minutes of booking then finding out there's a 250 dllr deposit just for service animals which I did not see in the advertisement upon booking. Therefore I was wrongully charged twice for a service I never enjoyed and feel robbed .
