Upon our arrival, the young receptionist asked us to pay the tax, but he added an extra €30! I showed him my booking confirmation and explained that there was a discrepancy in the amount and that I needed to contact Booking.com to see how this should be handled. His response was: “Pay or leave now,” and he pointed towards the exit!
For that attitude alone, he deserved a slap and to be thrown out on the street! Dismissal yesterday!
I have never experienced such an unprofessional attitude from hotel staff. I told him that I had no problem paying if the amount was actually due, but that I first needed to clarify it with Booking.com — which I did.
Second incident:
The hotel has a tiny, very old elevator, apparently designed for only two people. The following evening, after a really long day walking in the city, I returned to the hotel after going to the supermarket while my family had already gone up to our room to rest.
As soon as I entered the hotel, another male receptionist (bearded, wearing glasses, rather overweight, around 55 years old), started shouting at me in front of other guests, claiming that my family did not closed the elevator door properly. A door that should have closed automatically!
Instead of maintaining the elevator the problem is the guest!
The obvious solution would have been simply to go upstairs and close the elevator door himself so that other guests could use it. This situation could also have been avoided if the telephones in the rooms were actually working...so he could contact my family to check the door.
The day we were leaving, the elevator didn't come up for the same reason so we used the stairs.
If these people worked for me, I would have given them a slap and thrown them out!

When we entered the room, the temperature was suffocating. The rudimentary air-conditioning unit basically just blows air, and with temperatures of 34°C outside, it was extremely difficult to stay in the room.

La habitación es demasiado estrecha, éramos tres personas y la habitación era minúscula. No había espacio entre cama y cama. La cama de matrimonio era muy pequeña para dos personas. No había ni una mesa, ni espacio para dejar las cosas ni nada. La televisión era muy pequeña. El baño también era estrecho y no había nada donde poder dejar las toallas ni los artículos de baño.

La habitación tuvo muy buen tamaño, limpieza y tranquilidad mientras no hubo gente en la habitación contigua. Solo que se escuchaban muy fuertes los sonidos del baño de la habitación contigua y cuando hablaban.

Todo, pequeño, falta luz en la habitacion, se oye todo de las demás habitaciones, el baño extremadamente pequeño, ni toalla para el suelo, ni una mesita para poner el pc. Por la noche la luz aparece debajo de la puerta, el ascensor hace un ruido infernal, imposible descansar, el colchón duró y deformado y de 1'80 se me salían los piés y imposible reposarlos. Las almohadas incómodas, además estaba tumbado en la cama y entra una señora de otra habitación, si no te acuerdas de cerrar con llave, se puede entrar porque es una puerta normal y corriente. Muy desagradable todo!

Tutto bene, non c'è nulla negativo da segnalare, solo ascensore un po' piccolo e solo per due persone alla volta.

Quando chegámos reparámos que os lençóis da cama tinham sido mal lavados (tinham manchas) e estava uma aranha no chuveiro e dentro da sanita

La luz de la habitación podría aumentarse, ya se que la única luz era en la puerta y luego dos apliques en las paredes, no estaría mal considerar una luz principal en la zona de las camas. El ruido de los demás huéspedes es otro punto que suele costar reducir, ya que hay mucha gente entrando y saliendo.

Personal poco amable, déspota, instalaciones sin muebles para colocar ropa, sin muebles en el baño, solo las camas
