Rooms were okay but the BARTENDER on our Saturday night stay was AMAZING ! You can tell she loved her job drinks were amazing and customer service was great loved it.

Cons:

Check in was ridiculous my husband had to wait ten minutes due to no one being there. Valet honestly was never in front I do not know if you only see them when they take a car out downtown was very weird on our part. I am used to all of our stays giving complementary water in the rooms not this place. And finally requested assistance no one ever showed up or even followed up with us the following day.

We enjoyed the stay except for the temperature of the room. We were in room 1219
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The lobby was beautiful! Our dog Lulu loved the room, too!

Cons:

The thermostat could not be set below 66 degrees. The HVAC vent was on the same side of the room beside the window. It did not cool the area where the bed was placed. The bed should be moved to the area beside the window opposite the vent. That would have the air flow directly onto the bed.

Very nice hotel. Staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful. They gave us an uber credit and a number to text if we had any questions or needed anything. I would highly reccomend.

UBICACION DEL HOTEL

Cons:

no me gustó el trato del personal de la recepción, totalmente inadecuado en la mayoria de las personas, maleducadas, poca empatia, y nada de colaboraicon. El desayuno malo y no se especifica que tienes que pagar el resto de lo contratado, es la primera vez que me da una opcion de desayuno asi, no volveria nunca en esa condiciones. Reitero la poca disposicion del personal de recepcio, y otra cuestion nos marchamos a las 2,00 AM para coger un vuelo, y se nos dijo que nos cobraban mas por irnos antes de las 3,00 AM, nadie me ha sabido explicar que motivo es ese, si pueden hacerlo lo agradeceria, el pago ya está realizada de antemano, no entienda nada.

Perfection
Pros:

It was exactly what we needed, near the French Quarter but not in it. A very spacious room and very helpful staff. The daily housekeepers did a perfect job of bringing out too back from disarray to perfection.
