Great hotel
Pros:

We had a great experience. The hotel gave us a free room upgrade for our honeymoon, and sent us wine and chocolate covered strawberries. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I didn't know about the daily resort fee.

Amazing!!
Pros:

The hotel location is great, near the convention center, the outlet, great restaurants, french quarter, etc. The room is big, with a big window which we could see the Mississipi river. The breakfast was amazing and the room was very clean!We loved it.

not bad price fo location. but service is poor. I see lack of good management of team

facility is good

Cons:

staff on front desk talk with us with chewing gum in mouth. may be its ok in US but fow me its sign if no respect
parking too expensive - 60$ too much. Especially that after caqr usage I waited 10 min to find somebody to give key
three days of stay - no cleaning even once. despite the fact that room was free 70% of day time. we even asked once to clean - no results.

The staff were the best. The location was okay.

Cons:

The bathroom was poor. The handle fell off. It just fell off. The sink wouldn't drain. They did attend to the issues, but the fixtures need updating given the daily rate. At another place it would have been an irritation but at this price, the bathrooms should be better.

Classic luxury with wholesome staff!
Pros:

They were amazing and safe- clean for my pet although be aware taking pet out at night is not ideal.
