The location is reasonably close to the city centre. The breakfast is good.
The hotel is fairly old and not entirely in a charming way. Having said that, perhaps, the biggest let down of this hotel is its front desk staff and their approach to guests. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Very nice hotel, staff helpful and everything clean. The breakfast and the restaurant were excellent.
The hotel is a bit dated but all works well. The location is ok, but not brilliant, about 20-30min walk into town centre.

Good breakfast selection. Staff very helpful. Good sized room and rooms were cool in the extreme heat.
Bonne localisation, chambre très spacieuse, large choix au buffet du petit-déjeuner, salle de sport spacieuse et plutôt bien équipée, parking à 20€ la journée. Globalement, plutôt un bon rapport qualité-prix pour Vérone
La décoration et les équipements sont très vétustes et démodés, que ce soit dans la chambre ou dans les parties communes. L’hôtel mériterait des rénovations en profondeur

els endolls trencats, la porta del moble del minibar trencada , el terra brut , les tovalloles antigues i l’aire condicionat sorollós . 20 euros de parking no vigilat , 28 si vols el garatge pero lo pitjor el bany, de l’any catapum i forza brut. pagat 131€ la nit per anar a l’opera, millor buscar un altre
Lovely old grand feel to it, located near the train station and about 15mins walk into walk to the centre
Great location, easy to navigate and park.
First room had a very strong odor and was dirty. When we changed rooms, second room was also dirty. I cleaned dog urine up off the floor. Chairs, fixtures and flooring were dusty. Overall, hotel is dated and needs some updates.
