El olor a humedad en las habitaciones
El comedor del desayuno en malas condiciones y el trato del servicio al momento de solicitar cambio de mesa por las filtraciones de agua lluvia dentro del lugar y repuesto de cubiertos fue muy malo.
Habiendo mesas disponibles me hicieron esperar porque éramos 2 personas y no 4
Pregunté por vasos y de mala forma me dijeron si no ve es porque no hay.

Pros:

Breakfast rated excellent. Specially the ladies in charge off the preparation of omellet.
Music at the Piano Bar should be improved. Specially the control the loudness and the type of music....the name
of the game (namely music) is "MERENGUE".

Great experience
Pros:

The service was great, at dinner the chef Santa Torres was very serviceable and kind. She is excellent. I liked a lot that they called to check if everything was fine and then another person went to ask.

The chicken soup and everything were delicious.
