Hotel bom, com bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Localização não é muito boa, pois a região é bastante congestionada. Os quartos tinham carpete e cheiro de mofo.

Cons:

La atención del personal no es mala pero es exageradamente lenta e ineficiente.
En el restaurante, en la piscina y en el bar, el personal atiende de manera muy lenta (llegan a desesperar), para que te sirvan una bebiba o pagar la cuenta has de esperar demasiado tiempo (y no es por falta de personal).

It was pleasent stay.
Pros:

decided to give them another try because I didn’t enjoy my previous stay. This time around, they were excellent — especially the front desk agent, Angel. He made sure everything was smooth and clean, and he went out of his way to turn my previous negative experience into a pleasant one. I will definitely return, thanks to the outstanding treatment I received from Angel this time.

Nette Menschen und ganz okay für eine Nacht.
Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Fitnessstudio fand ich sehr gut und auch gut ausgestattet. Den Pool fand ich auch sehr gut. Das Putzpersonql ist überaus freundlich.

Cons:

Die Lage ist wirklich nicht sehr gut. Im Umkreis gibt es weder ein Lebensmittelgeschäft, noch andere Restaurants. Dadurch ist man auf die zwei vorhandenen Restaurants beschränkt, welche weder gutes Essen, noch guten Service, noch gute Preise bieten.
Getränke aus der Minibar sind unglaublich überteuert. Die Preisliste dafür bekommt man nur auf Nachfrage.
Generell merkt man, dass die Einrichtung der Zimmer und das Hotel als Ganzes schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen ist. Alles ist aber geputzt und sauber.
Die Lage ist wirklich sehr ungünstig um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Umfeld ist nicht sehr schön und ich fühlte mich nicht besonders sicher beim Herumspazieren.
Bei den Zimmern kann man sich entscheiden ob man lieber Verkehrslärm von der Straße hört, oder das 24 Stunden Brummen von den Ventilatoren der Klimaanlage.
Ich kann nicht mit Sicherheit sagen ob es Zimmer gibt die wirklich ruhig sind.
