My massage with Romelia Lopez and my favorite kiosk bartenders Edwin, Christopher and Maria great service very attentive everyday.

Zero complaints and highly recommended
Pros:

The room was extremely spacious. The staff was exceptionally helpful. Wifi was reliable. Both the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Parking was ample. The bathroom door was not razor thin. The hotel is located in a safe area (though not much in walking distance). And more importantly, the room rate was excellent. Some of the furnishing may be in need of a refresh, but everything was super clean and well maintained.

Hotel e staff bom, café da manhã muito ruim.
Pros:

O Hotel é muito bonito, confortável e o staff é muito gentil e solícito. Quarto é confortável, a vista é simples, do centro da cidade. Comidas servidas no vip premium é muito boa, assim como as bebidas, porém poderiam estar mais gelada.

Cons:

A comida do café da manhã, não é boa. Pouca diversidade e de baixa qualidade, só tem o omelete que atende as expectativas. Sorte que tinha o café da manhã do vip, porque o do restaurante é muito ruim, me dececpcionou.
