Great pool, sauna and steam room.. love that you have a sunbed.. clean and tidy lovely staff amazing value for money will defo be back!
Clean and comfortable, Roxy on the check in desk was super helpful and polite, a credit to the hotel.
A little on the noisy side as it is very close to the M23, but It wasn't too much of an issue.

The beds are like sleeping on concrete. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever had in a hotel. You can't sleep as us so hard!
The hotel is close to Gatwick airport, easy to get to our car pack.
I am diabetic , I asked for my freezer pack to be put in the medicine fridge:freezer, but this was not done, I had to take my medication earlier then normal because I could not keep it cold for the flight. I have emailed the hotel and have been asured that the reception staff will be made aware of the need to follow request.
Location and price. tbh. You get what you pay for. Ticks the boxes so we can't really moan about the minor failings.
Size of bed, shower facilities and a dreadful attitude from the night desk at about 12.30pm. We had cleared collecting keys at this time earlier but he really wanted to do the passive aggressive, " well that was yesterday, I've got no record" whilst literally holding my late check in page with my address. 🙄🙄

Rooms numbers and sequencing confuses also doorways have to dooe stoppers so the old doors keep banging
