Good position, good parking
Wasn't allowed early check in due to a wedding reception

The broken window that would not shut and the broken thermostat which meant we froze all night!!!!
We arrived at 3am approx.
It took almost 30mins to get our room. We have been standing there without knowing what was going on until I asked and they finally explained that our booking has been made in an area which was closed to the public.
Dhe gave us the furthest (end of the corridor after crossing going through a long corridor and two doors) room on 1st floor and we had to carry 3 luggage of 20kg plus two cases plus two backpaks all the way up with no lift.
We had breakfast included and for our surprise when we went to have breakfast, the following morning, the lady on the breakfast reception told us we weren't in the list.
I showed her the probe that ot was included and paid and the paper the night receptionist gave me where clearly said "BB" in blue, she even bothered to look at it and she said "no" and sent us to the reception.
I head to the reception and the woman in the reception was rude and unprofessional, she said it wasn't included I showed her the booking with the receipt paid and explained about the situation the night before that's why it might not show in the system but, she didn't listen and shouted on me and walked away calling someone else leaving me there....
Another lady came and checked all the info and she said that we had the breakfast included and in the paper was a stamp saying that, "BB" in blue.
It was a very bad customer journey since we arrived until we left.
No recommended at all.

Room was in a smaller separate block, difficult to find and felt like a student hall.
This was kind of an emergency stop, I was exhausted and needed somewhere to rest for a couple of hours. I just wanted a shower & bed whilst the flight I was meeting was delayed.
I was delighted with the price, stunned by friendly service (not something I'm used to with Britannia Hotels) and so grateful for a comfortable bed.
I didn't get to use the bar or restaurant but it looked nice. This will be my park & fly of choice next time I fly from Gatwick.
I can't fault the services I used.

Staff, The receptionist wasn't very pleasant when I wanted to order a taxi. Hotel.The hotel needs renovation. The water pressure from the bathroom sink tap was extremely strong; when I turned it on, I got completely soaked,
It was the wrong type of tap for the sink.
Nice area, parking was a struggle
The bedroom was not good standard, no volume on the tv and spiders all over the ceiling, and plug/ light switches were hanging out the wall, no AC, and the thermostat and other stats are ripped of the wall. Overall, wouldn’t recommend and won’t come back
The location was suitable for our requirements
The room was small and cramped. The TV had no signal. Staff were rude. Bed was uncomfortable.
