Pros:

Die Lage beim Galata-Turm ist ausgezeichnet.
Von hier aus ließ sich die Alstadt perfekt zu Fuß erkunden.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sauber und gemütlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ein bisschen hellhörig, manchmal der Lärm von der Straße relativ laut.

Comfortable stay in excellent location
Pros:

We recently stayed at The Galata Tower Hotel as a family and had a very positive overall experience.
The location is a major highlight. Being just a short walk from the Galata Tower, the hotel is perfectly positioned for exploring the city. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby, and it’s easy to reach other areas of Istanbul using public transport or on foot.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night despite being in a lively part of the city.

Posizione comodissima, hotel pulito, staff gentile, camera quadrupla un po’ opprimente.
Pros:

Posizione comodissima, vicino alla fermata del tram e vicino al molo di imbarco Karakoy Iskelesi, da cui partono traghetti in tutte le direzioni. Molti bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze, quartiere vivo e interessante da visitare. Personale gentile, servizio transfer da e per l’aereoporto comodissimo e puntuale. La stanza era pulita e aveva molti comfort e accessori.

Cons:

La nostra stanza (camera quadrupla con bagno) purtroppo aveva solo due piccole finestre che si affacciavano su uno stretto cavedio interno, pur essendo sufficientemente spaziosa non la consiglio se soffrite un po’ di claustrofobia. Inoltre purtroppo quando siamo arrivati abbiamo scoperto che c’era stato un guasto alle luci e siamo stati al buio per 4 giorni con solo due lampade LED portatili fornite dallo staff, che però non illuminavano abbastanza. Essendo giorni di festa non c’era un elettricista che potesse riparare il guasto. La mancanza di un affaccio esterno e la carenza di illuminazione artificiale hanno reso la stanza piuttosto opprimente. Capisco che era un caso particolare e sicuramente lo staff non poteva fare molto, ma mi aspettavo un piccolo rimborso o un piccolo gesto di compensazione per il disagio.

Die Lage war Super!

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Am Morgen kommt zwar etwas Tageslicht herein, aber am Abend ist es eine Katastrophe. Die Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer ist ebenfalls extrem störend. Aufgrund der Hitze und hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit kann man sich nicht einmal ordentlich fertig machen.

Auch die Zimmerreinigung war mangelhaft. Wir haben die Löffel bereits am Montag benutzt, sie wurden jedoch bis Sonntag nicht ausgetauscht.

Das Einzige Positive war die Lage des Hotels. Außerdem war die Rezeption telefonisch jederzeit erreichbar, wenn man sie benötigt hat.

Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Für diesen Preis habe ich bereits deutlich bessere Hotels besucht. Besonders freundlich war das Personal ebenfalls nicht – mit Ausnahme eines Mitarbeiters mit langen Haaren.

Insgesamt war ich sehr enttäuscht

La posizione della struttura, da tenere però in conto che l'Hotel si trova sulla salita che porta alla Torre di Galata e può non essere adatto a chiunque. Per noi non ha rappresentato un problema.
