Pros:

Very good location. Could walk to most tourist attractions. Beds very comfy. Helpful staff. Very quiet at night despite being on quite a busy street.

Cons:

On a very steep hill. Not normally an issue but we had a wheelchair user!

La Torre di Galata vista dal terrazzo di Camera
Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è strepitosa, a 2 minuti dalla Torre di Galata e a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla metro che collega in tutta Istanbul.
Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile, problem solving in assoluto.
Camera molto pulita e silenziosa nonostante fosse in una via molto frequentata a tutte le ore. Noi eravamo al 4° piano con un terrazzino carinissimo. In camera ci sono sempre due bottglie di acqua, molto apprezzato visto il molto caldo di agosto.
Non avevamo la colazione ma effettivamente non so se viene effettivamente fornita perchè non ho mai vsto nessuno farla li, ma nelle vicinanze ci sono molti punti dove farla e anche molti ristorantini carini.
Consiglio assolutamente anche se, nel caso dovessi tornare prenoterei la camera più ampia. Ma è stato tutto comunque un bel soggiorno.

Cons:

La camera un pò piccola, avevamo le valige aperte in camera che ingombravano la stanza. Consiglierei di mettere delle mensole in bagno per dei punti di appoggio visto che non c'è niente, avrebbe fatto comodo.

Nice location, and we paid extra for breakfast. However, we were disappointed with the hotel’s handling of our booking.
We paid NZ$332 for 3 nights, but unfortunately, due to our flight being delayed from Singapore, we were only able to stay for 1 night and part of the following day. We had booked the room when there was a special offer, so we were quite disappointed that the hotel was not more understanding about our situation.
Overall, the location was good, but we felt the hotel could have shown more honesty and consideration towards guests in circumstances beyond their control.

Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen. Einrichtung sehr modern gehalten.

Cons:

Badezimmer teilweise mit Schimmel in den Fugen. Putz an der Wand teilweise abgeplatzt. Schlimmste war die Lautstärke, sowohl die Nachbarzimmer als auch der Straßenlärm waren ungefiltert hörbar.
