Pros:

Although we did not use the breakfast option it looked wonderful and was crowded with people. We did use the coffee services and fresh cold water. Everyone was congenial and helpful.

Pros:

Location was the reason we choose this Auberge, close to all the old town charm.

Good location, nice rooms (if you don’t mind small shower)
Pros:

Good location. Liked the character of the rooms/hotel

Cons:

We had two rooms — asked to be next to each other which they could not accommodate. (Only property during our 2 week trip that was unable to do so.) One room had a very small shower— could barely turn around. Didn’t particularly care for joint property which is where you check in. Found restaurant staff somewhat unfriendly. That side of property seemed pretentious

This was a lovely place to stay for us tourists in old Quebec City!
Pros:

The location for us was superb. The room was small but adequate. Thank you for the steamer! It was great to see how the building was used again for lodging.

Cons:

The shower was old and didn't work well. The elevator was old and didn't work well. We left for breakfast as the hotel breakfast seemed expensive and we were able to find a great breakfast.

Bof. Cher pour ce que c'est.
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hotel dans la ville. Juste parfait. AU coeur de la vieille ville du bas. La qualité du lit

Cons:

L'agencement de la chambre un peu particulière. Beaucoup de marches. La salle de bain vieillotte. Cher pour ce que c'est.

Perfect location
Pros:

The building is beautiful and the location is perfect!

Cons:

Unfortunately our room had an unbearable buzzing sound. The first night I was so tired I thought it was me. However neither one of us could figure out the sound and I didn’t want to complain or switch after unpacking. Would’ve been nice if we were offered a map of the area at check in. Other than that the hotel itself is beautiful and the location could not be better.

Excellent 2-night Stay
Pros:

The location was perfect - away from the crowds yet close to everything. Our room was nice and large, clean and super comfy bed and robes. Th restaurant next door was excellent! We will definitely return to the property the next time we are in Quebec City.

Cons:

Honestly, everything was great. We could have used a fitness center but with the hills, we got plenty of exercise.
