Emplacement idéal pour se promener dans le Vieux Québec. Chambres vraiment mignonnes et confortables. Plusieurs petits espaces dans l’auberge pour se reposer, manger, lire, etc. Bar à vin sur place ainsi que café et thé disponibles à volonté en libre service!

Cons:

Un tout petit peu mal insonorisé, mais l’expérience en vaut la peine!

Incredibly comfortable with excellent housekeeping and amenities.
Pros:

The location, comfortable nooks for guests to relax in, and the wine bar.

Cons:

The only slightly negative was that I was unable to control the heating in the room but opened a window in the mornings to regulate the heat in the room.

Very pleasant, with the exception of the points noted above.
Pros:

The Room and the staff were very nice.

Cons:

No grab bars in bathroom. Being a senior with arthritis, I was not able to use the bathtub, and the toilet being so low to the ground was difficult for me. I basically had to stand and straddle the toilet to use it. The shower had very poor pressure, so I didn't use it.

L’emplacement, en plein coeur du Vieux-Québec.
La chambre joliment et sobrement décorée.
La qualité des installations de l’hôtel.
La vue de notre chambre sur un beau bâtiment.
La qualité de la literie.
Le parking à proximité de l’hôtel.

Cons:

L’isolation phonique de la chambre. Nous entendions nos voisins de chambre (à noter que ces derniers étaient très bruyants).
Nous avons très bien dormi 2 nuits sur 3!

The only thing would be the mattresses in our room are a little bit on the worn side and not trying to be picky but the curtains would not close all of the way closed.
