Super Aufenthalt, gerne immer wieder
Pros:

Suite bot genügend Platz, herrliche Aussicht auf die Ostsee. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit grosser Auswal. Parkierservice in der Tiefgarage hat immer hervorragend geklappt.
Zweimal im Hotel zu Abend gegessen. Qualität der Speisen durchgehend gut.

Cons:

Leistungen des Servicepersonals beim Abendessen sind allerdings für diese Katergorie von Hotel unbefriedigend. Man musse auch lange bis sehr lange auf die bestellten Speisen warten.

De locatie - het uitzicht op zee - de rust

Cons:

Kamer was de dag van aankomst pas klaar na 17 u omdat er geen ballonnen was
Ontbijt is zeer lekker maar de bediening is wat chaotisch

Un bel hôtel dans un cadre magnifique, mais un service de restauration à améliorer
Pros:

le site où se situe l'hôtel est sublime, on est juste au bord de la mer Baltique, avec un ponton et une plage. Notre chambre donnait directement sur la mer, elle était confortable, parfaitement insonorisée, bien équipée. Le personnel est sympathique, accueillant, prévenant. La salle du restaurant Kurhaus est très jolie (c'est là où se déroule le petit-déjeuner), avec une terrasse qui donne directement sur la mer. Il y a un voiturier pour s'occuper de garer la voiture lorsque l'on arrive. Le petit-déjeuner est frais et varié (buffet et possibilité de commander).

Cons:

le seul point négatif a été le niveau de service pour la restauration. Les restaurants de l'hôtel étaient tous complets lors de notre arrivée et nous n'avons donc pas pu avoir de place (alors que j'avais explicitement envoyé un message via Booking pour réserver une table ; l'hôtel n'a pas répondu, je n'ai pas insisté, mais j'ai été surpris de cette absence de réponse ; nous indiquer que les restaurants étaient complets nous aurait permis de dîner avant d'arriver à l'hôtel). Nous avons donc commandé au room-service, mais ce fût pour le moins décevant. Le prix est élevé pour une qualité de nourriture vraiment en-dessous du standing de l'hôtel. Je ne sais pas si c'est à l'image des restaurants, ce que je n'espère pas, car il y a tout de même un restaurant étoilé Michelin dans l'hôtel... Idem au petit-déjeuner, le personnel semble être en sous-effectif, personne n'est venu nous proposer de boissons chaudes ou si nous souhaitions commander. Pour un hôtel de ce standing, ce n'est pas ce que nous attendions au niveau restauration. Mise à part cette question de la restauration décevante, l'hôtel est magnifique et nous avons passé un agréable séjour, je n'ai rien d'autre à critiquer. Mention particulière au personnel à la réception, pour leur gentillesse.

Alles wunderbar, bis auf das gesamte Management

Bombastisches Frühstück… eigentlich
Allerdings große Probleme das Büffets
Immer wieder neu zu bestücken
Der Service auf der Terasse war unterirdisch, Wartezeit für einen Kaffee zu lang Servicepersonal freundlich aber absolut unorganisiert , es fehlt eine professionelle Anleitung .
