Bit of a letdown
Pros:

The hotel was fine, it did the job for what we paid. The carpet was filthy and worn out. We stayed for for four nights and the room wasn’t cleaned once, we had to keep going to reception to ask for more. The website also states there’s complimentary parking but there was often not enough space for all the cars so we had to park on off site spaces which wasn’t ideal. Not the worst hotel ever but wouldn’t rush back.

Pros:

Nice 7 night stay , 1 bedroom self contained unit, very good. Complex very nice and convenient to Port Douglas.

Cons:

A small oven would be nice, but otherwise great.

Good location but very little else impressed

Cons:

Did not clean room as we only stayed 4 days , we had to stay extra day or pay extra charge of $65 per day to have room cleaned , no restaurant or even breakfast
