Pros:

清潔で過ごしやすく、トラム駅や飲食店街が近くて快適にすごせました。スタッフのİsmail beyが元気な挨拶でとてもよくしてくれました。

Pagar por una habitación que se suponía era de 30 m y no llegaba ni a 20,estrechez para pasar a un lado de la cama,mal desayuno, en obras,las tarjetas abrían todas las puertas de las habitaciones , muy mal

Location was good

Cons:

The room was very cramped, but the biggest problem by far was the noise. My room was close to the elevator and the noise from it was unbearable, especially when combined with people constantly slamming doors. It was very difficult to properly sleep and rest.
There were also painters working on the balcony during my stay, which meant there was very little privacy at times.
Apart from the noise, most other things were passable. The reception staff were polite and helpful toward the end of my stay, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, because of how noisy the room was, I would not stay here again.

I recommend this hotel
Pros:

- Nice and clean
- Breakfast was good
- Staff are really friendly and helpful
- Location is great

Cons:

There was nothing I can specifically complain about, it was overall good and enjoyable with few rooms for the improvement:
- the double bed is actually 2 single beds which causes inconvenience for sleeping
- bathroom lock need attention
