Beautiful hotel near the Rocks and Harbour.
Pros:

Loved the location, the rooms and the service. Everything about this hotel is classic, elegant and quite luxury. The rooms were very large, with every possible amenity. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve stayed in with beautiful linen. Excellent size bathrooms with double sinks and lots of space. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet selection could have much better for the price charged. Missing lots of fruit and cold dishes.

Pros:

Die Betten waren himmlisch bequem, das Personal entzückend, das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und die Zimmer sehr groß und sauber. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Zentral, aber dennoch ruhig.

Cons:

Gar nichts. Ich war mit allem mehr als zufrieden. Ich habe an dem Hotel nichts auszusetzen. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Family City Staycation.
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly positioned to access the Barangaroo/Darling Harbour waterfront as well as The Rocks. Some of Sydney's best and oldest pubs are a short walk away.

Overpriced for the quality of the rooms. Noisy.
Pros:

Nice large rooms

Cons:

Noisy fridge with shaky cabinetry that amplifies the noise, single glazing windows which do not block out any noise from the nearby street.
Noisy overall.
Steep descent and ascend to metro station. Looks closer than it is due to the difference in level. Hard to get to and from metro station with luggage
