Fue una verdadera estafa, llegué al hotel a las 13.00h y me dijeron que no podía hacer el check in hasta las 14.00h como tenía una celebración les dije que ya llegaría por la noche y me dijeron que no había problema. Cuando llegue a las 23.00h me dicen con toda la tranquilidad del mundo que no me podía alojar en el hotel porque no tenían disponible la habitación y que me habían cogido otra habitación en otro hotel no podía creerlo y todo esto yo iba con un niño de 3 años. Por supuesto puse hoja de reclamaciones, una de las personas que trabaja allí con frialdad y una medio sonrisa me dice q no pueden hacer nada y tengo que irme después de la lógica discusión me fui al otro hotel que me habían reservado y la sorpresa de nuevo hay pensiones mejores que ese hotel que no diré su nombre porque tampoco tienen culpa. Yo tenía hasta el desayuno pagado en el hotel Trafalgar y por supuesto no pude disfrutarlo. Así que con todo pagado me estafaron mandándome a unas instalaciones de muy mala calidad...ESTAFA

Llegamos a la hora que dijimos y tuvimos que esperar 1 hora y 20 porque cuando nos dieron la llave de la habitación estaba sin limpiar y con comida de otros huéspedes.
