El personal y la ubicación.

Cons:

- Escogí este hotel porque tenía parking pero, al llegar, estaba completo (y eso es como no tenerlo). A mi modo de entender, en una ciudad como Toledo, este aspecto es fundamental.
- Las camas son demasiado blandas y hundidas.
- El suelo no estaba barrido.

Buen lugar
Pros:

La ubicación ya que es una zona cómoda para acceder con el coche. Además tiene parking en el hotel bajo disponibilidad.
El desayuno es pequeño pero con una amplia variedad y todo buenísimo
Hay una neverita en la habitación que viene de lujo

Las camas son un poco duras y las almohadas bajas

Limpieza, atención del personal y ubicación, tranquila, cercana al casco histórico.
Pros:

El desayuno, calidad-precio bueno.El personal muy atento, en especial Blanca de Recepción. Atendió, todas nuestras dudas y su información fue muy clara.

Pros:

Lokacija hotela v starem delu mesta. Sicer je bil potreben vzpon, vendar si bil v 10-15ih minutak pri mestni katedrali in glavni ulici v mestu. Pred hotelom je tudi avtobusna postaja, vendar avtobusi niso vozili tako pogosto, zato je bilo hitreje peš do centar mesta.
Zajtrk je bil okusen, vendar nič kaj posebnega. Lahko bi imeli večjo raznolikost jedi, predvsem pa boljšo ponudbo kave.
Soba (postelja) je bila udobna edino precej temna (mogoče zaradi temnega pohištva). Kopalnica bi bila potrebna prenove (sicer pa je bila čista). Ker sva potovala z avtomobilom sva koristila garažo hotela, ki pa ni poceni (mislim da je bilo cca 20 eur na noč).

Cons:

Hotel se nahaja tik ob cesti in tudi ponoči je bilo hrupno, saj so avtomobili vozili mimo.

En si la Casona, tiene un bus en la misma puerta que lleva al centro.

Cons:

Que no se pudiera reservar plaza de parking a través de booking pero si haciéndolo directamente con el hotel. Llegamos tardísimo del Puy du Fou y es un verdadero problema a aparcar en la zona
