Please note: The Bistrot Restaurant is open daily for lunch and from Thursday to Monday for dinner (closed on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings). The Locanda Restaurant, awarded 2 Michelin Stars, is open from Tuesday to Saturday for dinner (closed on Sunday and Monday evenings) and on Saturday and Sunday for lunch. Reservation is mandatory for Aquanatura SPA, and children under 16 years of age are not permitted. For bookings of 7 rooms or more, different policies may apply. Should you wish to reserve a table, please contact the property directlyPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Nous y allons depuis 30 ans, l’hôtel familial de luxe que nous avons connu est devenu un hôtel ***** mais a perdu de son charme.
D’ailleurs les clients se font rares. Nous étions 5 durant notre séjour.
Le prix excessif des chambres pour un hôtel en pleine campagne, nous hésiterons à y retourner.
L' eleganza, lo charme, in un contesto curatissimo e raffinato, la pace, il silenzio immersi nella narura del giardino meraviglioso, tutto in una struttura bellissima e ricca di servizi rivolti a far sentire accolto e coccolato il cliente. Il servizio, la disponibilita' eccellenti. La camera accogliente e pulitissima, la spa elegante e raffinata , la colazione ricca e raffinata.

The pool area was simply marvellous, clean, with wonderfully comfortable loungers all around and impeccable service throughout our time there. It was the perfect spot to relax. Overall, every aspect of this relais: the pool, the veranda, the rooms, the dining, and above all the people, was of exceptional quality. We left with wonderful memories and would return without hesitation. Room service was outstanding: prompt, attentive, and always delivered with a smile. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
Breakfast was a true highlight of the stay; a beautifully presented spread with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the attention to detail was evident in every dish.
The staff deserve special mention. Every single member of the team was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, making us feel welcome and well taken care of at every turn.
For dinner, the on-site bistro was superb; a lovely setting with a refined yet relaxed atmosphere, and the food matched the quality of the surroundings perfectly. Célia Omedas, Switzerland.

We had an amazing stay! The property is absolutely beautiful, and the renovation was done to perfection. Everything feels fresh, elegant, and inviting. Our room was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.
What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the outstanding staff and service. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special thank you to Lisa (I hope I'm remembering her name correctly) in the restaurant for her warmth and attentive service, and to Nicola, the manager, for his professionalism and genuine hospitality. We'd also like to recognize the front desk team, who greeted us with a warm welcome from the moment we arrived and made us feel right at home.
The entire property was impeccably clean, and the outdoor pool is absolutely gorgeous—the perfect place to unwind and recharge.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, rejuvenating vacation with outstanding hospitality. We can't wait to come back!

Struttura molto accogliente, il relais è stupendo. Ci hanno fatto l'upgrade della camera e la stanza era davvero molto bella. Alla reception tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Abbiamo usufruito del campo da tennis e la piscina era molto grande.
Colazione ottima, ben fornita.
La SPA molto bella, abbiamo fatto un massaggio di coppia e le massaggiatrici entrambe molto brave.
L'unica nota negativa è che al ristorante ci aspettavamo che il menù cambiasse dal pranzo alla cena. E i tempi di attesa tra una portata e l'altra erano davvero lunghi.

Suite deluxe da 500€ con frigobar praticamente vuoto, due bottigliette d’acqua e una coca cola, temperatura da sauna, materasso duro nonostante il topper, camera senza alcuna insonorizzazione, sembra di avere gli altri ospiti in camera. Arrivati sabato tardo pomeriggio, nessuna possibilità di avere un tavolo al ristorante per la sera perché al completo, nei dintorni il nulla, unica opzione offerta dalla reception un toast al bar.
