J'avais réservé cette chambre dans le but de passer une nuit au frais puisque nous étions en fin de canicule. Finalement, la nuit a été chaude puisque la climatisation était au plus bas sans avoir la possibilité de l'augmenter. J'ai aussi mal dormi que chez moi et cela m'a laissé un goût très amer vu le prix de la nuit

No working AC, even though it states they have it. Absolutely miserable trying to sleep in a hot room. There were bugs on the floor in the lobby, on the elevator, by the juice machine.c on the fruit at breakfast, in the room - I took pictures. The staff were lazy and oblivious. Terrible!

Qq dysfonctionnements : cartes magnétiques/climatisation peu efficace/porte parking ne s'ouvrant pas mais il est vrai dans une période caniculaire difficile.

Climatisation totalement inexistante et c est une honte pour un établissement comme celui-ci et ne rien mentionné de la part de l’établissement lors de la réservation. De plus il commence à avoir ses équipement anciens. Les ascenseurs datent d’un autre temps! Pour accéder à sa chambre on doit badger sa carte et bien la le lecteur de l’ascenseur de droite ne marche pas. Le pire, un des personnel de l’hôtel nous l’a débloqué en tapant dessus!!! On croit rêver. Je venais à l’hôtel pour avoir de frais en phase canicule et pouvoir dormir! Nolan je suis rentré chez moi! Je vais signaler cet hôtel auprès des autorités sanitaires car il me mérite absolument. Pas ces étoiles! À fuir!

Gros soucis de clim. Il faisait au moins 24 degres, la clim a fond et en vitesse maximum, pas d air frais sortez de la sortie de clim.
Faisait meilleur avec la fenêtre ouverte.
J’ai averti l’accueil et on m’a dit, on est complet pas d autres chambres et les clim sont fonctionnelle.
Dommage car l’hotel est bien!

La clim ne fonctionnait pas

We, like many other people this week, booked a room to escape the oppressive heatwave for a night. All of France and all of our apartments have been hotboxes of torture, so we tried for one night with air conditioning so we could catch up on sleep. Unfortunately, while the hotel says they have AC, it was not functioning well at all. Instead of a cool, calm place to relax and restore, we ended up with a very dry, stagnant room that wasn't much better than our apartments.

While I completely understand that it is a heatwave and that the whole country/Europe is struggling, I think the hotel needed to be more transparent and/or be more prepared for the fact that clearly people would be booking rooms to escape the extreme temperatures. I specifically messaged the hotel through the app (no response) and then called to specify whether the air conditioning was functioning before committing to our reservation. I was told that it was fine, which in the end, was of course not true. It was a major disappointment to spend money under those circumstances.

La climatisation en panne en pleine canicule

Personalul de la recepție este foarte neserios și lipsit de profesionalism. La sosire, am constatat că aerul condiționat din cameră nu funcționa. Am solicitat o altă cameră cu aer condiționat funcțional, însă am avut impresia că au fost prioritizați alți clienți, în detrimentul nostru. Am cerut rambursarea contravalorii sejurului, dar situația nu a fost rezolvată. Din păcate, nu recomand acest hotel și vă sfătuiesc să îl evitați.

O quarto estava sujo, com aranhas , um cheiro horrível de quarto mal limpo , no armário tinha bichos mortos, geladeira não funciona, ar condicionado péssimo , sinal de Wi-Fi zero …
