Fabulous
Pros:

Yaz from the reception made my stay there. Fabulous delicious breakfast fresh from the bakery acrose the street. The matras was great.
The look after your luggage after your checkout.
You can sit around to charge your phone. Merci Yaz a bientot!

Cons:

A bit shabby but price is best around that area so its good enough.

Estaba bien amoblado y muy cómodo, el personal muy amable, el desayuno delicioso y cerca de estaciones del metro

Solitamente la stanza singola è sempre meno confortevole rispetto a una doppia, ma questa volta non mi sento proprio di consigliare l hotel bordeaux..
Peccato perché la posizione è buona

Cons:

1)C era solo il ventilatore!!! La temperatura esterna era di 36° e il ventilatore spostava solo l aria calda
2)l anta del vano contatore era staccata,poggiava sul pavimento. Brutto da vedere e anche poco igienico e rispettoso per il cliente
3) non credo era il telecomando della televisione
4) il secondo giorno hanno messo un solo asciugamano, mancava quello piccolo e il tappeto doccia( avevo lasciato gli asciugamani in modalità non cambiare ma li hanno cambiati lo stesso...
5) la doccia è separata dal vano gabinetto e non ha neanche un aspiratore.. lascio immaginare l odore
6) il telefono presente in stanza non è collegato con la reception
7) il lavandino della stanza dove si trova la doccia è piccolissimo
8) la sera con il caldo soggiornate ,se si apre la finestra non si riesce a riposare per i rumori..
9) il pavimento della stanza doccia è scivoloso
10) stanza molto piccola
11) non c'è spazio in stanza doccia sulla mensola per mettere le proprie cose
12) non ci sono porta asciugamani

Einfach, aber ok.
Pros:

Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Ein Mitarbeiter, der abends an der Rezeption war, dafür umso weniger!
Das Zimmer war sauber.
Die Lage ist optimal. Wenige Minuten zu Bahnhof und Metro. Bistros, Supermärkte, usw. alles vorhanden.
Alles in allem ok. Der Besitzer gleicht Mängel mit seiner Freundlichkeit aus!!!!

Cons:

Die Fenster schließen nicht richtig, daher laut.
"Renovierungsarbeiten" sind sehr ungenügend durchgeführt worden.
Im 5.Stock muss das Wasser mind. 20 min. laufen, bis es warm ist.
Die Treppe, die vom Flur abgeht ist lebensgefährlich. Die sollte man nur nüchtern passieren.
Handtücher/Geschirr wird weggeräumt, aber leider nicht erneuert.
Frühstücksauswahl ist sehr überschaubar. Ich frühstücke wenig, daher für mich ok.

Petit prix Paris : vous pouvez y aller en confiance
Pros:

Sans hésitation le petit frigo par 35 degrés pour avoir de l’eau fraîche la nuit c’est super bien
Personnel très à l’écoute et vigilant a la sécurité de sa clientèle

Cons:

Vue extérieure anxiogène mais finalement on y trouve des avantages : pas de vis à vis

Pros:

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk
Het bed was schoon en goed.
We hadden 1 groot dekbed en op ons verzoek kregen we 2 losse dekbedden,werd met een glimlach geregeld.
Waterkoker zag er schoon uit

Een prima bakker zit recht tegenover het hotel

De lange straat is een aaneenschakeling van barretjes, eettentjes en winkeltjes voor etenswaar

Cons:

De hygiëne liet zeer te wensen over.
Wc-pot staat los, smoezelig douchegordijn, stofnesten boven bij de gordijnen, vitrage versleten, loszittende strip aan het raam, koelkastje was erg wankel en niet schoon
Alles is erg verouderd. Trappenhuis vlekkerige bekleding, en het was een onhandige trap.
Piepklein liftje waarbij de deur niet altijd meteen sluit, lijkt zo in te kunnen storten.
Overal beschadigingen die provisorisch hersteld zijn.
Het hotel heeft een grondige renovatie nodig
Gelukkig hebben ze geinvesteerd in de bedden

I really liked the Full Speed cooling fan , the fridge , the expresso machine , the kettle with tea bags . Multiple towels , fresh bed and new matress
My room was fresh and renovated . Breakfast was real with real fresh baguette and fresh croissant from the bakery . It was a high quality breakfast worth taking it . Accessibility 24h and staff and owner very receptive using your name

Cons:

The baseboards at floor level need a coat of white paint, but it’s a minor feedback
