עובדי הקבלה ושירותי הניקיון מאוד אדיבים ונעימים, תמיד מחייכים, נכונים לעזור ושואלים לשלומך. דוגמא לכך- ביום האחרון ביצענו צק אאוט בשעה 5 בבוקר ועובדי הקבלה שאלו אם נרצה שידאגו לנו לארוחת בוקר ארוזה לדרך.
ביום הראשון הגענו למלון לקראת השעה 11 בבוקר לבצע צק אין והחדר כבר היה מוכן.
מלון במיקום מצוין, מאוד נקי, פעמיים ביום מבצעים ניקיון.
Struttura centralissima, a pochi passi da Piazza Syntagma e dalle principali attrazioni della città. Posto davvero strategico per godersi Atene in tutte le sue sfaccettature! Personale impeccabile e gentilissimo a tutte le esigenze degli ospiti. Pulizia delle stanze ottima. Chris e i suoi colleghi sono veramente una squadra formidabile!
Poi, colazione davvero top, con ampia scelta di prodotti tipicamente greci e della classica colazione continentale!
A volere essere proprio pignoli, i letti erano un pochino stretti. Ma la camera in se stessa aveva tutti i comfort.

The location was amazing we walked from hotel to Acropolis and it’s closed to all main roads in Athena’s. Several great restaurants and stores in close walking distance. The Hotel facilities is modern and it was the best breakfast we had in Greece.
I did not like the bathroom shower. It does not withstand to this hotel and the water mixing was not working well.
Breakfast staff were great. We got a late checkout which was good
Bedrooms too small, bathrooms in disrepair. No blanket in the bed only sheets. When we got a blanket it looked very old and itchy

Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, Zimmer wurden auch tagsüber kurz durchgesehen, gutes Frühstück, Rezeption 24 h besetzt und jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit, zentrale Lage und damit praktisch alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Die zentrale Lage bedingt zwangsläufig auch nachts einen Großstadtgeräuschpegel.
