I’ve stayed in many hotels. The rooms and surroundings matter — but they’re never what set a hotel apart.
What truly makes the difference is the customer service: friendly, helpful, and the small little things that show genuine care. Honest answers, sincere effort, and human warmth go further than any décor ever will.

I may forget what you said or what you did, but I will never forget how you made me feel.

Cons:

Booking.com taxi arrangement from Airport to Hotel. The driver was not help. I was rounding the area from 1 hour before a kind person took me to the hotel. The driver knew that some areas in Madrid is walking only. Just think carrying our bags and walking looking for directions.

If you like being in a center of the city, it’s a great location for you if you like quiet stay away

Great location, exceptional job by staff, especially associate in the front desk named Jon. plea clean pretty much every day as requested. Very nice.

Great stay overall
Pros:

A little worn but great staff and breakfast. They were very accommodating and worked with us efficiently and kindly. The breakfast was incredible but the hotel room showed some wear.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación en pleno centro, puedes ir caminando casi a todos lados, y a los que están más retirados, la estación del metro está muy cerca. Edificio histórico en muy buen estado de conservación. Personal muy atento y amable en todo momento. Desayuno buffet muy rico, fresco y variado. Habitación muy limpia, camas cómodas, espacio suficiente, silenciosa aún cuando daba a la calle. Cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, bares y sitios de interés turístico.

El personal del Hostal es muy simpático, atento y dispuesto a ayudar en cada momento. A parte del personal debemos señalar la posición privilegiada y céntrica en la que esta ubicado.

העיצוב של החדר מקסים! חדר הרחצה בקונספט מיוחד- קירות זכוכית. המקלחת מאוד מאוד מפנקת! המיקום של המלון נפלא! - ממש דקה מכיכר מיור. והמרפסות של החדר משקיפות לתוך הרחובות הקטנים שסביב כיכר מיור. המלון מעוצב בסיגנון עכשווי ויחד עם זאת, נשמר בו משהו מאוד קסום של ניחוח וינטאג'. אהבנו!
