En horas pico es algo difícil el acceso pero tiene excelente valet parking y buen estacionamiento

El personal y el servicio del restaurante es excelente. Su comida muy rica y los mesero muy amables

La decoración de el lobby es hermosa,la alberca es muy bonita y el comedor excelente decoracion desde mi arribo me impresionó la construcción.,me proporcionaron toallas suficientes, me encantó que encontré agua fresca con sabor a fresas y pepinos en la recepción también el regalo de bienvenida es adorable,si volvería en mi siguiente visita a Monterrey.

Cons:

Los precios en el restaurante son exagerados, tuve que cambiar de habitación pues yo pedí dos camas y sólo me asignaron una, el jacuzzi estaba sucio, en la segunda habitación la llave de la regadera estaba muy dura para abrirse y el aire acondicionado es muy ruidodo

Clean, comfy, fresh linens. The drapes kept the sun out

Cons:

My reservation did not include breakfast and when i went to the restaurant I had to pay for the buffet which is very expensive considering what you actually eat. It is not worth the price. You need to lower the price of the buffet.

Pros:

Beds were good. Rooms quite spacious.

Cons:

Quite dated hotel. Rooms feel old. Price is too high for this standard. Small swimming pool and service at pool quite limited. Breakfast quite expensive at €25.
