Fercho makes everybody smile in this hotel with his Italian
Pros:

Super friendly staff working here. Fercho was the greatest and the most gentile man working here. I wish there would be more people like him working in hotels. Definitly recommended.

Cons:

Pésima atención del personal de recepción, se negaron e todo momento facturarme, booking intervino para forzarlos a que entregaran la factura ya que sin esa presión no daban respuesta.
