No me gustó nada
Hotel viejo y los cuartos nada agradables, sus instalaciones viejas. No debería ser 5 estrellas, no entiendo porque lo tienen asi.
Breakfast is good.
No English speakers at the reception, not a word. Wifi does not work. Many people, but not eager to support. Room was outdated, with some smaller issues.

Verschillende malen gevraagd om herstel van niet weglopend water in de douche. Geen reactie eerst, daarna niet afdoende herstel.
De safe was niet te gebruiken! De batterij was niet voorradig.
Ik had een fooi op bed gelegd en die was meegenomen, maar de kamer was in het geheel niet schoongemaakt.

The beds were comfortable.
The pool looked nice but we didn’t have time to swim there.
Spacious room.
1. Location is bad, we had to walk 10 mins in weird streets just to get to the center from the hotel. Don’t get confused like us from the name, not so close to the center.
2. Weird smell in the bathroom, we kept looking for this smell our best theory was from the mirror? But we still don’t know
3. No one speaks English. We didn’t understand anything sometimes.
4. Loud noises in the morning because of the window right next to the pool
5. They knock too many times, just leave us be!!
6. Not even a 3 star hotel…

La puerta se batallaba en cerrar un dia llegamos de la calle y la puerte se habia quedado abierta y del staff todo bien solo una señora de recepcion estaba de mal humor

TLDR: The hotel cancelled our confirmed booking upon our arrival on the day of World Cup match. Shortly after they asked for more money to give the room.
The original price was 100USD per night. Front desk staff found our booking, and then said the booking had been cancelled. A minute later the staff offered we could give extra 600 pesos per night per person (i.e. 70USD) to get the room . We did not agree with the new price. I asked why the booking was cancelled but they only asked us to deal with Agoda by ourselves. The hotel ultimately admitted it's them who cancelled the booking. Agoda never cancelled the booking. Spent a lot of time with the staff and we missed the first 30 minutes of World Cup match (920 USD for two) because of the delay.
Manager Nohemi said she could "approve the refund of your original reservation". I need an approval to get back the money when a room is not given?? Condescending attitude. After a day of negotiation the only compensation was a free hotel breakfast.
Being short in time, my wife booked the same room type through another agency (125USD per night), and the second time the booking was honoured. It was atrocious that the hotel cancelled it just for 25USD, and ruined the trip for me.
Last but not least, the room we got was dirty.

Not really. The front desk person was nice and kind.
The quality in general was not 5 star. Relatively expensive for the service. Unforgettable event was that a luggage porter handled our luggage very roughly in front of us. He talked to us aggressively and even put his thumb down to us. We didn’t have any contact with him(maybe mixed up with someone), so I didn’t understand why he did this to us, and we all got scared…
Anyway it is not at all appropriate to do to the customers. Very disappointed and inacceptable.
