Meeting across miles is always precious. I emailed the hotel to ask about a possible room upgrade, and was absolutely delighted by the lovely surprise. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and kindly upgraded us to a suite. The front desk team was warm and polite throughout our stay. The cozy accommodation paired with impeccable service made this reunion with my long-distance boyfriend all the more wonderful. ✨

Cons:

Just a small note: extra bottled water needs to be requested separately, but it’s totally no trouble at all. Many thanks to all the hotel staff for your thoughtful service!

Just perfect for what we needed
Pros:

The pool! And the rooms are beautiful! My 3 year old daughter didn’t want to leave, saying “but I love this room!”

Cons:

We couldn’t get the shower to heat up. This wasn’t really a problem in summer but something for the hotel to look into.

Also the jacuzzi wasn’t really clean. We didn’t want to go in.
