Rundown hotel, vergane glorie, verlichting schakelaars werken soms wel soms niet in je kamer. Wc bleef doorlopen, kamer niet echt schoon. Bed veel bulten en kuilen in het matras

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. A lovely hotel, with pool, bar and restaurant. Very convenient if travelling by car, as there is an underground car park belonging to the hotel. Well connected for public transport (metro station going directly to the Duomo is very close)

J'ai apprécié le service de nettoyage pour les chambres. Ils ont été très efficaces et professionnels.

Cons:

Le personnel de la réception, du room service n'était pas agréable ni serviable. Trop de mauvaises informations. Pas souriant.
La piscine est vraiment vétuste. Dans le sauna j'ai failli me blesser.

Un bon séjour au Grand Visconti Palace !
Pros:

L'hôtel était joli, bien situé avec une connexion au centre-ville très simple, le petit-déjeuner était bon et varié ! Le personnel était agréable et avait une volonté de faciliter le séjour.

Cons:

La piscine n'est ouverte que l'après-midi.
