Cons:

ホテルとbooking,comのシステムがうまく連携していなかったせいで、私の予約が反映されておらず、チャックインができないという問題が発生した。マネージャーらしき人は、私がホテル以外の機関、つまりBooking.comを利用して予約したのだから、私がBooking.comに連絡して問題解決しないとホテル側は何もできないと言い張り、全く助けようとしてくれなかった。私の旅行用のEsimは電話ができないプランだったため大変困った。ホテルのフロントスタッフ及び、このような事態を招いたBooking.comのせいで、旅行が台無しになった。ホテル側がBooking.comに連絡できないなら、Booking.comを通して予約の受付をするべきではないと思う。なぜ、宿泊客が、ホテルのシステムの問題に対処しなければならないのか、理解に苦しむ。さらに、フロントのスタッフの多くが、ホスピタリティに欠け不愛想だった。

it was unpleasant and I will not go there again.

The location close to the school and shops

Cons:

The working inconvenience elevator never worked. It was dirty, there were little hairs all over the sink. Carpet was stained. The floors were dirty.. then the TV did not work! They did not resolve the problem before we needed to go to bed. We stayed one night and will not be going back there.

Cons:

When we booked the room it said free breakfast buffet. They wanted $12.99. It was our 1st and last time we’ll stay at a Hilton. Plus it’s false advertising

The room was nice, and the fitness center very well equipped.

Cons:

A/C was broken in the lobby/dining area, so it was too hot to enjoy breakfast/dinner there.

Pros:

Comfortable. Easy check in check out. Darkened curtains.

Cons:

Breakfast not included. Stayed at two Hampton inns the night before and after, breakfast was included, exact same options, less expensive. Offered breakfast to order, no cook on duty to cook french toast. The outlets by the bed were connected to a light switch, not a good idea for plug in CPAP machines , alarm clock, and lamp.
