Pros:

O hotel fica muito bem localizado. Perto de vários restaurantes muito bons. Poucos minutos de Uber no shopping costanera.
Fomos muito bem recebidos. Todos da recepção são muito simpáticos.
A limpeza do quarto estava ótima. A cama muito confortável.

Cons:

A única coisa a ponderar é o fato de no banheiro não ter vidro para fechar a parte do chuveiro. Havia cortina. E isso é algo que pessoalmente me incomoda, mas de resto estava tudo ótimo.

Agradable, volvería a hospedarme sobre todo por la ubicación.
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado a pocos minutos de cafeterías restaurantes, centros comerciales, parques. El lugar es tranquilo y se camina con seguridad por los alrededores en la mañana, tarde y noche. El desayuno es bastante abundante dentro de las expectativas y el personal de limpieza muy respetuoso y agradable. Deben ser mas sutiles cuando se asiste al desayuno y está incluido dentro del precio de la habitación. Considero que pudieran ofrecer mas calidad y variedad de platos calientes en el desayuno. Pero en general la atención fue buena. Tienen servicio de te y café durante todo el día.

Cons:

Los elevadores son pequeños y antiguos. La persona que abre la puerta muchas veces se le da los buenos días y no responde.

Hotel viejo en pleno cambio de imagen. La puerta de la calle estaba rota teniendo que esperar en ocasiones fuera. El personal de limpieza siempre deja las ventanas de la habitación abiertas, lo que en otoño no se agradece nada al volver.

Nice place.
Pros:

This hotel has changed it's name to Hotel Casa Spark. Spent 2 nights here. Close to everything. Had dinner twice in the restaurant which had Chilean beef. Was like a boneless NY steak. Was pretty good. Room was nice. Breakfast was ok to medium.
