Unacceptable attitude by staff refusing to refund room with no working lock
Pros:

Large comfortable rooms. Good location.

Cons:

I reserved for my wife and her work colleague, two women alone, and I reserved one room for each. After a delayed flight they arrived at midnight, exhausted, and found that the door lock for one of their rooms was broken, so that the door could not be locked. Not feeling safe as single women, late at night, in strange country, they asked for a different room, and were told that none was available. So they decided to share the other room, as neither of them felt safe sleeping alone in a room with no lock. They asked to cancel the room with no lock and get a refund for it. The very unhelpful hotel man refused to cancel and give a refund, simply telling them that "the hotel is safe." Easy for a man to say! This is completely unacceptable and we are complaining to Booking.com and trying to get a refund. So far the hotel is denying that there are any broken locks in their facility.

Calidad precio esta genial
Pros:

Cerca del centro turístico, calidad precio correcto

Cons:

La habitación era muy muy pequeña, tanto que el frigorífico no abría entero y solo un lado de la cama tenia mesilla de noche, para llegar al hotel a tener en cuenta que hay muchas rampas pero eso es algo característico de Estambul no un problema del hotel, por lo demás muy bien

Exceptional stay.
Pros:

Exceptional stay! From the very friendly and professional service, to the beautiful newly decorated spacious room, with newly renovated marble bathroom and comfortable bed, to the great value for money. I had the best stay here for 3 nights. Highly recommended.

Bien tratados.
Pros:

Es la segunda vez que me alojo aquí, esta segunda vez nos dieron una habitación mas grande y estuvimos muy cómodos.

Cons:

Todo estuvo bien, si eres una persona con prejuicios, no te gustará el entorno, son calles estrchas, con cuestas, oscuras, casas viejas pero no tiene ningún peligro ni problema.

Загалом враження від проживання у готелі позитивне і я його рекомендую.
Pros:

Я не брала сніданок в готелі. Розміщення готелю дуже хороше, близько до центральної площі та багатьох цікавих для відвідування місць. Також близько до зупинки трамваю, звідки можна добиратися в інші частини міста при необхідності. Персонал був зі мною привітним та ввічливим. Правда спуск до готелю трохи похилий )
В самому номері, як і в готелі в цілому, чисто, ніяких неприємних сторонніх запахів не було, прибирання було щодня.

Cons:

Були деякі нюанси, що мені не сподобалися, у ванній кімнаті: надбита плитка, зламаний вішак для рушників, зламаний тримач для душу. Якщо вони виправлять ці недоліки, тоді взагалі все буде супер.
