Lovely stay, quiet area

The lady that ran breakfast was so kind and good at her job, this place was a lovely stay far away from crowds. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

A calm oasis in a busy city
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful, courteous, friendly and fun. The breakfast was lovely with loads of options. Our room was massive and the bed was incredibly comfy. The location was also great as we were close to the boat/ferry service into town. Such a lovely stay and we'd definitely return.

Cons:

Nothing to not like. It was all great!

La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole vivere un'esperienza tranquilla e fuori dal caos del centro.
Letto e cuscini davvero comodi. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile.
Colazione ottima!

Cons:

Mi dispiace dirlo ma purtroppo la nostra camera era vicina al condotto di areazione che era attivo tutta la notte, quindi abbiamo sentito un ronzio continuo. Avrei dovuto chiedere un cambio stanza. Inoltre era piena di polvere anche in conseguenza all'attivazione dell'aria condizionata durante la notte.

le personnel l'hôtel et sa localisation. Malgré qu'il soit éloigné du centre l'hôtel offre un calme appréciable et un coucher du soleil à ne pas rater dans le parc à côté

Propreté à consolider même si le manager a été compréhensive et a essayé de corriger le tir. Nous étions déçus sur ce point mais cela arrive...

beautiful hotel in quiet part of Venice. the longer i stayed the more i liked it.
Pros:

Beautiful building in a quiet part of Venice. garden room was very nice. Staff were friendly. Vaporetto Boat stop nearby, change at lido for airport boat. magical sailing into Venice. Breakfast was great, although a bit chaotic with too many staff/guests. outside breakfast area was not open as it was winter.

Cons:

not a big issue but room spotlights came on when opening door, i kept waking my wife up when getting up early. outside chair cushion's soaking wet, would be better with hard chairs which could dry.

Høy standard. lekker design, god kvalitet, kjempe god kaffe og frokost. Veldig behjelpelig og hyggelig personale. Perfekt sted å bo, grønne frodige og rolige omgivelser. Kort vei til Markusplassen, med båt eller nydelig gå tur langs vannet. Magiske solnedganger fra denne delen av øya.

Pros:

What a lovely hotel, easy to find, beautiful inside, delicious breakfast, lovely garden, great bed, lovely gardens, great shower.
Nothing to grumble about, would return here again.
Also shout out to to the lovely lady at breakfast, sorry didn’t get your name, lovely dark shiny hair and always smiling and nothing too much trouble.
