Pros:

The location is perfect, in the center of things without all the noise & chaos. The employees are spectacular! I would stay again!

Fabulous location and lovely staff made this hotel a very good choice
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely with a good choice of breads and cakes especially.

Cons:

The room was a bit cramped with limited storage.
The curtain between the bed and bathroom, where you would expect a wall, was very odd

Worked out really well for us!
Pros:

Clean and well appointed. Location worked really well for us. It is a 15 minute walk from the train station and very close to the Guggenheim!

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind!

Really nice hotel, lovely warm, welcoming staff who were always very keen to help.
Pros:

Breakfast was good but with a few tweaks could be fantastic. Limited range of fresh fruit - this could be improved. A coffee/hot beverages machine would help to speed up and improve breakfast service so guests are not relying on staff to take each individual hot beverage order.

Cons:

Nothing - lovely hotel and staff.
