We had a very enjoyable stay at Novotel London Bridge and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting London.
The location is excellent, with easy access to many of London's top attractions. Borough Market is just a short walk away, and the Underground station is conveniently nearby. We were also able to walk to London Bridge, the London Eye, and several other popular landmarks, making it a great base for exploring the city.
The hotel itself is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast was good overall, with a decent selection of items. However, it could be further improved by adding an egg station and offering a wider variety of hot dishes.
One drawback, in my opinion, is that the hotel does not accept cash payments. While this may not be an issue for many guests, it can be inconvenient for some tourists who prefer to use cash during their travels.
Overall, we had a pleasant experience and appreciated the hotel's cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding location. We would certainly consider staying here again on a future visit to London.

We got a free upgrade which was great!
They kept our bags when we left after check in, which was great.
The toilet was broken and flooded and the room smelt.
Very small room for 4 people, even with an upgrade.
The restaurant on the first night couldn't serve my son food due to his allergies so it seems food allergies were not accommodated for which is a shame as he was really hungry when we arrived. We explained his nut and milk allergy but it seemed to be confused with gluten. They kept referring to a gluten allergy but we kept explaining it isn't gluten he s allergic to, it's nuts and milk.

i was slightly disappointed as the tv didn’t have apps such as netflix or youtube and we tried connecting from our iphones but it didn’t work.

The corridor was dark and smelly, carpets were stained, lightning was limited in the room with a warm light globe camouflage the dirty carpets in the room, toiletries were not available and had to ask for them, very small fridge, no milk for coffee making, no microwave to heat up food. Very expensive for food and drinks in the restaurant. Very expensive laundry service
