Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le quartier proche de la station "London Bridge" et le long de la Tamise. Il y a de nombreux restaurants sympas et le fameux Borough market (streetfood) dans les environs. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres (PAS de réactions allergiques de la part de mon fils TRES allergique à la poussière et aux acariens). Le buffet de petit déjeuner est généreux et très bien fourni de nourriture sans gluten (ou VEGAN pour ceux qui le désirent). Je suis coeliaque et j'ai beaucoup apprécié. Tout était délicieux. Le personnel est adorable et très avenant. L'entrée et chaleureuse et accueillante . Il y a deux fontaines à eau potable afin de remplir les gourdes (ou autres bouteilles) ! Les toilettes du rez-de-chaussée sont impeccables.

Pros:

Nice location and attractive lobby/bar.

Cons:

Strange policies. Not able to charge bar/food to room. Shower had shampoo but no conditioner or lotion for our "class of room". The shower gel was empty. There was no coffee maker, just instant coffee in the room. No coffee available in the lobby.
The towels were as thin as old rags. The pillows flat. There was no way to cool the room. Just heat. Very hot. The tv volume was restricted very low and was hard to hear. It all made for an atmosphere that felt unwelcoming and transactional.

The tv chrome cast didn’t work in our room. They sent 2 people to fix it and it still didn’t work. All I wanted to do was chill out and watch a film. First night away from my kids with my husband for 2 years!

Cons:

Kahvaltı zayıftı. Çeşit az ve lezzetsizdi. Şehir merkezine yakın veya uzak diyemeyiz. Ancak esnaf arasında ticari bölgedeydi.

Ho soggiornato 4 notti con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Tutto il personale, dalla reception ai camerieri, è stato davvero disponibile e accogliente. Un ringraziamento speciale alla responsabile di sala Vera, che ci ha fornito consigli preziosissimi su come muoverci in città e su cosa visitare, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Abbiamo scelto il trattamento con colazione e cena inclusi e siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti. La colazione è davvero ricca e varia, con grande attenzione anche per chi ha intolleranze alimentari. Molto comodo e apprezzato il servizio di refill dell’acqua nella hall dell’hotel.

Le stanze sono molto pulite e curate nei dettagli. Anche i prodotti per l’igiene personale in bagno sono di ottima qualità, un aspetto tutt’altro che scontato. È la prima volta che trovo, oltre ai classici prodotti, anche crema mani e corpo: un dettaglio che fa davvero la differenza.

Great! Loved our stay and would def stay again!

Location excellent, room comfortable and a very nice breakfast. Really near Borough market and the Thames for the clipper and also for the hop on hop off bus! Ideal location :)

Pros:

the location was very good, near the tube station

Cons:

room was cold and there was no solution even after complaint. Some few staff were not courteous, were actually rude. no toiletries in the bathroom, except soap. certainly way below the usual Novotel standards

Cons:

ホテル内香りがキツく、私の好きな香りではなかったので、特に廊下にいると気分が悪くなりました。
周りにスーパーマーケットなどもなく、食事には困りました。
