Radunterstellung, wir waren mit den Rädern auf der Route via Francigena von Lux nach Mailand
Radwerkzeug, nicht benötigt aber beruhigend!
Standluftpumpe, konnte nach einem Plattfuß in Basel, den Reifendruck korrigieren

Très impersonnel
Accueil inexistant ni en personne ni au téléphone
Ne comprennent pas autre langue que l’allemand et ne rappelle pas lorsque l’on laisse un message
À notre arrivée le Dimanche après-midi il nous a fallu près de deux heures pour enfin pouvoir accéder à notre chambre

Pros:

Sehr sauberere Betten, keine Zierkissen auf dem Bett, das schon 100x auf dem Boden lag. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Die Ventikation im Bad war defekt und das WLAN im Zimmer schlecht- ich konnte da nicht arbeiten.

Fint hotell i koselig by, rent og pent.
Pros:

Rent og pent, gode senger, stort rom, kort vei til togstasjon og god offentlig kommunikasjon. Guest pass + var en fantastisk positiv overraskelse, hjelpsomme ansatte, frokost servert tidligere enn vanlig pga. event i Basel som startet tidlig og flere gjester skulle på det eventet.

Cons:

Ingen aircondition om natten. Altfor varmt så måtte ha vinduet oppe. Sov svært lite pga. støy fra biler og gaten pga åpent vindu. Pga. ingen resepsjonist ble det mange emailer fram og tilbake. Ingen opplysning om Guest Pass +, fant det ut ved å spørre Chat GPT.

Unpersönliche Unterkunft zu völlig überrissenem Preis, wobei auch die Garage noch extra bezahlt werden muss.
Cons:

Lärmige Zimmer direkt an der Hauptstrasse. Das ganze wirkt funktionell und unpersönlich. Die Checkin Daten habe ich erst auf telefonische Nachfrage erhalten.

schönes sauberes Hotel an guter Lage mit gutem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für die Region
Pros:

Lage soweit gut. schöne moderne grosszügige Zimmer. alles sauber.

Cons:

zugang ein wenig erschwert. Parkgarage nach 24.00 Uhr geschlossen. Lift abgestellt. Zugang nur aussen über Treppen. Check-in realtiv kompliziert.

Cons:

Le self check-in ! je suis arrivé à 20h45 et je n'arrivais pas à m'enregistrer, une serveuse du restaurant qui aidait un anglais à s'enregistrer m'a dit de téléphoner car elle ne pouvait pas m'aider, et elle m'a dit que j'avais le temps pour venir souper au restaurant! J'ai donc appeler le numéro d'aide et un monsieur m'a programmer la clef n°25, arrivé dans la chambre il y avait déjà le monsieur Anglais, qui a eut peur et s'est un peut énervé. Je retour au check-in et là une dame s'excuse et me donne la chambre n°35. Donc tout était ok.
Mais arrivé au restaurant à 21h40 le cuisinier a dit que la cuisine était fermée, et que ça serait pareil pour les autre restaurants.
