Alles in allem einen sehr guten Eindruck, gerne wieder mal.
Pros:

Es war Alles ordentlich und sauber, das Zimmer war gross und schön. Die Nähe zum Zentrum und zum Bahnhof ist super und zu Fuss gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Das Self-CheckIn Ist etwas umständlich, wenn man über Booking.com gebucht hatte. Ich musste die CheckIn-Nummer lange suchen, weil im ersten Augenblich nicht klar zu erkennen war, welche Nummer gefordert war.
Es war auch kein Personal in der Nähe.

Disappointing
Pros:

I didn't see a single member of staff except a kitchen employee and the cleaner

Cons:

I have been going to this hotel for 22 years and it has gone down hill considerably. No tea / coffee / still water in the room. No air-conditioning, no toiletries in the bathroom and tiny towels.

No information about the local area and no-one to ask

Séjour moyen pour un prix un peu élevé par rapport à l'offre.
Pros:

Nous y avons jeté un oeil pour nous restaurer mais pour le prix, on attendait mieux, les oeufs et le lard n'étaient pas très appétissant, le frigo fromage etc était OK mais franchement pour le prix de la chambre, le petit déjeuner ne correspondait pas alors nous sommes allés à la Migros pour nous restaurer. Et puis, peu ou pas de personnel et très peu au courant lorsque nous avons demandé si nous pouvions ajouter deux personnes et payer pour le repas, personne ne savait, et pas très envie de communiquer par help line non plus. Vous pouvez faire beaucoup mieux pour le petit déjeuner, calquez-vous sur le Holiday Inn qui pratique les même prix.

Cons:

Le dispositif de savon dans notre douche. Impossible de l'utiliser jusqu'à ce que nous découvrions que la pompe devait être parfaitement alignée.

Hier komen we nóóit meer terug.
Pros:

Niets. Een hels karwei aan de self incheck balie. Niemand kon er wijs uit. Iedereen stond te schelden. Wij komen al jaren in dit hotel op doorreis naar Italië. Helemaal geen personeel aanwezig. De balie is helemaal dicht gemaakt en je zoekt het maar uit. Ik kon bellen voor hulp bij het inchecken maar de man aan de telefoon verbrak de verbinding. Schandalig. We hadden een tweepersoonskamer gereserveerd en kregen een eenpersoonskamer. Na heel veel bellen en geregel kon de kamer worden geruild.

Cons:

Helemaal geen service. Niemand te zien.
Je wordt aan je lot overgelaten. En dan ook nog voor de hoofdprijs.
