Отличное месторасположение, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Хорошие завтраки, есть всё необходимое, сервис на завтраке на высоте. Иногда было разнообразие по горячему.

Cons:

Неудобный душ, вода постоянно лилась на пол. Возле унитаза нет ёршика. Уборка не очень качественная.

Wszystko było super! Pokoje czyste i piękne, śniadania przepyszne, wybór dań na ciepło, a dodatkowo hiszpańskie dania. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna,m pełen profesjonalizm. Bardzo polecam!!!

Great hotel!
Pros:

If you find yourself in Barcelona, highly recommend for you to check out this hotel. Rooms we're very clean and food is great - they accommodate for allergies and preferences very well. The highlight of the hotel was the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff. All staff are very helpful and smiley/ friendly in making sure your stay is as pleasant as possible. The service is quite fast aswell. If you are lucky enough to cross paths with the manger, she's the sweetest person I've met in a long time. Such a genuine person and even gifted us snacks for free, as well as gave us restaurant suggestions in Rome ,which was our next location. The overall atmosphere created was out of this world

Niesamowity pobyt!!! Byliśmy aż 9 dni:)

Jeden z lepszych hoteli, w których byłam, a byłam już w różnych, w tym w hotelu z grupy LUX na Mauritiusie, więc mam porównanie. Przepiękny wystrój hotelu i bardzo czysto!!! Miałam wrażenie, jakby wszystko tam było nowe:) Pyszne śniadania, na pewno każdy znajdzie coś tam dla siebie! A przede wszystkim fantastyczni ludzie! Chciałam bardzo podziękować Sebianie za codzienne poranne rozmowy i prezent, który nas niesamowicie zaskoczył - otrzymaliśmy ciasteczka makaroniki podane w przepiękny sposób na tacce do pokoju hotelowego! Chciałam również podziękować całej obsłudze hotelu, w tym osobom, które nas meldowały, które nam dogadzały podczas śniadania i które sprzątały nasz pokój. Byliście cudowni!!! 150m do metra i jakieś 10 minut na plażę, sklepy spożywcze w pobliżu, w tym galeria handlowa. W pokoju telewizor, czajniczek, herbata, kawa, cukier (cały zestaw) uzupełniane każdego dnia, sejf, mini-barek, w łazience wszystko, co potrzeba, w tym suszarka, a ręczniki wymieniane każdego dnia. Na naszą prośbę dostawaliśmy też żelazko i deskę do prasowania. Bardzo spokojna dzielnica Barcelony! Z czystym sumieniem polecam wszystkim zarówno hotel, jak i dzielnicę, zwłaszcza jeśli ktoś chce wypocząć. Wprawdzie deptak koło plaży był w remoncie, ale niestety cała Barcelona w chwili obecnej jest remontowana, w tym La Rambla. Po remoncie na pewno wszystko będzie cudownie wyglądać.

Cons:

Ponad godzinę czekałyśmy na zamówione jedzenie w restauracji hotelowej, ale każdy gość hotelowy otrzymywał rabat 10% do zamówienia. Szkoda, że hotel nie posiada basenu.
