Pros:

Останавливаемся в этом отеле не первый раз, приятный персонал, очень чисто, есть ресторан внизу, отличные завтраки. Рядом есть все необходимое - магазины, аптека и пр. До набережной и пляжа 5-7 минут пешком.

Asunto: Reclamación por denegación de alojamiento con reserva confirmada

Yo, Alex Reixach Moreno, formulo reclamación contra el Hotel Vincci Marítimo de Barcelona por los siguientes hechos:

El día 4 de junio de 2026 tenía una reserva confirmada y previamente pagada a través de la plataforma Booking.com en dicho establecimiento.

A mi llegada al hotel para realizar el check-in, y una vez iniciado el proceso, se me comunicó que no era posible alojarme debido a una supuesta incidencia en una estancia del año 2025. Esta circunstancia nunca fue comunicada previamente, pese a que el hotel aceptó la reserva y el pago sin ninguna advertencia.

Como consecuencia, se produjo una denegación de servicio en el mismo momento del check-in, dejándonos sin alojamiento.

Cabe destacar que:
- Mi mujer se encuentra embarazada de 6 meses.
- Las condiciones meteorológicas eran adversas (lluvia intensa).
- El hotel no ofreció ninguna alternativa de alojamiento, ni asistencia alguna.
- Tampoco se ofreció compensación ni solución temporal.

Considero que estos hechos constituyen un incumplimiento contractual y una grave falta de diligencia hacia el cliente, causando perjuicios económicos y morales.

Por ello, solicito:

1. La devolución íntegra de cualquier importe abonado, en caso de no haberse efectuado ya.
2. Compensación económica por los daños y perjuicios ocasionados.
3. Explicación formal por escrito de lo sucedido.
4. Confirmación de las políticas internas que justifican esta denegación y por qué no fueron aplicadas previamente a la aceptación de la reserva.

En caso de no obtener respuesta satisfactoria, me reservo el derecho de iniciar acciones legales y trasladar la reclamación a los organismos de consumo correspondientes.

Good and clean hotel
Pros:

It’s a pleasant hotel. The rooms are clean and new., water, coffee and tea in the room. Comfortable bed. The staff was very kind. Cleaning was everyday. The location is also good and safe. I will recommended this place to my friends.

Cons:

Maybe the noise of the metallic chairs from the outdoor Terrasa is loud in the morning. But only if the window is open

Sehr sehr schön
Pros:

Alles sehr sauber und gemütlich so wie ausreichend Platz im Zimmer . Absolut empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Keine Toilettenbürsten , ist etwas unangenehm, auch wenn das Putzen das Reinigungsteam übernimmt. Dennoch möchte man Reste selbst beseitigen 🙈

Eigenartiger Kundenservice aber sonst ausgezeichnet. Würde es wieder buchen.
Pros:

gut erreichbar mit der Metro und der Tram
Frühstück ist sehr gut und lässt keine Wünsche offen

Cons:

Habe um einen Korkenzieher gefragt, weil wir im Zimmer eine Flasche Wein trinken wollten und wurde ins Restaurant zum Öffnen der Flasche geschickt und obwohl keine Gäste (0) im Restaurant waren habe ich € 3,- nur fürs Öffnen bezahlt!!!
