Please note that minors under 18 years old can not stay in the Master Suite.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

The hotel can accept pets only in the Standard Twin Room or Master Suite for an extra charge and presentation of the animal vaccination card. La ubicación muy buena y el Hotel amplio

Cons:

No me funcionó la calefacción, el café de mañana era saliendo del hotel en el restaurant y ahora en el invierno era frío cruzar y el desayuno si uno no pedía omellete estaba cerrado la cocina.

Cons:

O ar controle do ar não funcionou e pedi para verificar e falaram q não tinha ninguém então se quisessem poderiam mudar d quarto
Outra coisa são os canais de televisão que só existe os abertos
Péssimo isso não podia ver nenhum filme não tem como acessar Netflix ou qualquer outro app
Caso vc tenha criança ou não fale português fica totalmente sem comunicação ou atração para crianças
