Boa localização , quartos confortáveis

Café da manhã muito ruim, decepcionante
Pães, Pão de queijo, bolos , doces todos ruins , duros ou ressecados. Sempre tivemos cafés da manhã bons em Gramado até nos hotéis mais simples , mas esse foi bem ruim !

Pros:

Ótima localização, Cama muito confortável, chuveiro muito gostoso muita pressão e muita água. O quarto é bem grande, a divisória para quem está em família ajuda muito, praticamente um apartamento. A área kids é enorme e perto da piscina e sala de jogos. Muito bom.

Localização, a vista do quarto do hotel.

Cons:

Estado do prédio, dos quartos e dos roupas de cama e banho: o hotel merece uma reforma; percebi que os mobiliários estavam muito desgastados e precisavam ser trocados; também, mais de uma vez, toalhas com furos e lençóis manchados
Vendedores na porta de entrada do café da manhã: sempre quando fui tomar café, havia um casal na porta do salão pronto para me anunciar um passeio pelo qual não teria o menor interesse
Estacionamento para carros muito apertado: tenha cuidado com carros médios/grandes, pois é quase impossível fazer uma curva

profissionais simpáticos e solícitos, acomodação muito boa, cama e iluminação e wi fi tudo muito bom

Restaurante muito pequeno para o café da manhã e fraco nas ofertas de variedades de alimentos para o café da manhã. Frutas não estavam boas e pouca diversidade.
Acesso ao estacionamento muito ruim e estacionamento muito apertado
