They surprised me by one bottle of champagne and chocolate due to my birthday 🎂.
The room was attached to the elevator so it was noisy.

In the city, close to airport, good range of food for breakfast.
During my stay, a member of staff attempted to enter my room around 11pm in the evening, it was very scary as a solo female to hear someone moving the door handle/lock when alseep. Manager later apologised that the staff member hadn’t accessed the booking system correctly to know the room was occupied. As this happened on my 1st night of a 2 night stay it meant the duration of my stay was interrupted as I couldn’t sleep. I was offered a fruit basket in compensation and they offered to move room away from the metro noise but by this point I was so distressed I was unable to enjoy the hotel. Eventually I got the double bed I first requested but I would have felt safer in the lobby and because of this, I would have appreciated a partial refund but no response from the hotel.

Breakfast is ok, not smth. out of this world, just ok, and as expected for the money.
Accomodations, the room itself is a bit outdated and can be be renewed, but still ok, as was expected.
A/C or climatization system (not sure if the wording is correct). It automatically starts "buzzing" during the night hours, it's pretty annoying for my family. Others may not bother or hear it at all, so...
