Boa relação qualidade-preço, num hotel com algum conforto e em local tranquilo, com bons acessos.

La colazione era piuttosto povera...non c'era una torta, cornetti mini , tranne le pesche sciroppate non c'era nemmeno un frutto. Il tosta pane non funzionava .

Ho prenotato 5 camere su Booking.com con 3 giorni di anticipo: 3 camere con letto matrimoniale e 2 camere con due letti singoli. Tuttavia, la sera del soggiorno, a causa di un errore dell’hotel, una delle camere prenotate con due letti singoli è stata assegnata come camera con letto matrimoniale.

Inoltre, nell’altra camera con due letti singoli, accendendo l’aria condizionata, si sentiva un odore molto forte e sgradevole.

Quando ho segnalato i problemi, il personale dell’hotel mi ha detto che l’hotel era al completo e che non poteva fare nulla, invitandomi a contattare il direttore il giorno successivo.

Sono passati ormai 3-4 giorni e non ho ancora ricevuto alcuna risposta. Nessuno si è fatto vivo e la questione è rimasta irrisolta.

Un’esperienza molto deludente e una pessima gestione dei problemi. Avevo prenotato in anticipo proprio per assicurarmi le camere richieste, ma a causa di un errore dell’hotel non ho ricevuto quanto prenotato. Ancora peggio, dopo avermi promesso un contatto con il direttore, nessuno si è preoccupato di risolvere il problema o di fornire una risposta. Non consiglio questo hotel a chi si aspetta professionalità e attenzione verso i clienti.
