Pros:

Very nice location, Staff were very friendly, lots of restaurants near by. We walked to the Go Station and went to the ball game. Our Room was very clean. The view of the harbour was so nice, we could see the CN Tower as well. Would like to come back when weather is a little nicer to see all the boats and go for a nice walk.

Mooie kamer

Cons:

Het was erg luid, er was veel verkeer en mensen wat je in de kamer kan horen. Ook was het erg warm en de airco heel luid. Daarnaast waren er alleen dunne gordijnen waardoor het niet echt donker bleef.

Very dated. Air conditioning not great only cools the main room, not the bedrooms. Toilet ran.

Second time stay and enjoyed both.
Pros:

The location was great and the layout of the rooms was good. It was good having kitchen facilities.

Was surprised by the construction work on the balconies although it wasn’t too disturbing.

Nice boutique type of hotel in a fantastic spot both close to lake and to great walkable restaurants
Pros:

A very functional unit for 2 couples visiting the Cottage Life Show. Our two bedroom suite was perfect for us and we really liked the view.
Our rooms were very hot though and we had no way to turn down the heat. It would be great if that had have been an option.

Too hot.

Complained to front desk. Recieved with polite and patient staff. Manager provided a room beyond exp

This location did not provide lunches. Disappointed as online it indicates provided

Cons:

Having to pay for parking. We were 2 people coming from different locations. Had to pay for each night stayed per vehicle. Additional expenses

Pros:

The suite was a converted one bedroom apartment, so it felt like a little home. The location is fantastic.

Cons:

As soon as you enter between the double set of doors at the entrance, you're hit with a very intense cologne smell, and it is very offputting. I found that the front desk staff stare a lot at the people entering and exiting. I encountered 4 different staff during my stay, and none smiled or acted friendly toward me; very just matter of fact. The clothes washer was out of order. I didn't need to use it, but they should not be renting suites out that are not fully functional.
