Érkezéskor nagyon zajos, (egész nap működő motorok feletti részen elhelyezkedő) tengerre néző szobát kaptunk, de ezt másnap kérésünkre szó nélkül cserélték. Nekünk hiányzott a strandtörölköző igénybevételének lehetősége ill. az, hogy a más szállodákban megszokottaktól eltérően nem volt napi törölközőcsere, ami azért is jó lett volna, mert magas páratartalom miatt nem igazán száradtak a törölközők. Azt nem tudtuk megállapítani, hogy ez szállodai általános "jelenség" vagy csak a folyósót ellátó személyzet feledékenységének volt köszönhető.

Los ascensores son muy antiguos y lentos, hacían un ruido extraño y daba la impresión que se iban a venir abajo.

Funciona bastante mal los ascensores

Varias cosas:
-Es el primer Todo Incluido que estoy que NO está todo incluido, una carta muy pobre de cocteles y otras bebidas incluidas, muchas de ellas ya preparadas de garrafon.
-Los ascensores (por lo menos el funcionamiento) son de hace 3 generaciones, habia momentos que podiamos pasar esperando que llegara el ascensor 5 minutos (de reloj).
-El buffet libre es bastante limitado, son 3 estaciones iguales con muy poca variedad y eso no es lo peor, los horarios son ajustadisimos (2h y media) y 20/30 minutos antes de que acabe el horario ya ves como el personal empieza a recoger los puestos de comida, me parecía de risa.

A comida ficou um pouco aquém

Malgré toute la gentillesse du personnel, nous n’avons pas été très bien accueilli , beaucoup d’informations utiles ne nous ont pas pas été transmises dès notre arrivée. Nous obligeant à solliciter plusieurs fois le personnel.
Il y a de gros problème d’odeur d’égout au niveau de la SDB, mentionné à la réception et non réglé.
La wifi fonctionne dans le hall mais très mal voir pas du tout dans les chambres.
Il y a un grand choix pour les repas mais cela n’est pas de bonne qualité et il est dommage de ne pas voir de produit locaux.
L’hôtel est beaucoup trop grand , cela fait usine.

La grandeur de l’établissement c est une usine à touristes, la nourriture n est pas local, la nourriture est toute industriel, même pour un jus d oranges pressé il faut ajouter 3 euros par petit dej,

A notre arrivée à 19h la chambre n’était pas prête , ils ont essayé de nous donner une chambre qui ne correspondait pas à celle que nous avons réservé, arrivé dans la chambre les toilettes étaient extrêmement sale.
Puis ils nous ont changé de chambre , celle ci n’avait pas d’électricité , eau froide à la douche et peu de pression à . La literie était inconfortable et la chambre était pas prête à nous accueillir à notre arrivée.
Pour une fois , j’assiste à une coupure d’électricité générale dans un hôtel 4* .
Très très déçu , je vous déconseille parfaitement.

Que la piscina cierre a las 6 de la tarde, cuando aún se podría aprovechar , los días en mayo son largos.

En relación calidad-precio esperaba un poco más en cuanto a poder aparcar en el parking sin tener que abonar el día (ya que la estancia ya es elevada y somos huéspedes), mejorar las duchas y confort de camas

The worst hotel we have ever stayed at.

Check-in

We had to wait while they finished cleaning the room before they could check us in. They were 15 minutes late.

Room

Since they were rushing to clean the room and check us in on time, it was cleaned very poorly. There were hairs lying around, and overall it was obvious that the room had been cleaned carelessly.

The rooms here are old. The bed linen and towels are extremely worn out. The refrigerator works, but it does not actually cool anything.

Be prepared that if you try to use the safe, you won’t be able to. And when you try to call reception to ask why, the phone may not work either, just like it happened to us.

When I went down to reception and asked why the safe wasn’t working, they told me that I had to pay €46 for 4 nights plus a €10 deposit. They also charge a €10 deposit for each beach towel. And if you want to replace a towel, they will ask you to pay €1 for every clean towel. I have never seen such stinginess anywhere else.

You are responsible for your own security at this hotel.

One day our key card stopped working. We went to reception and asked them to reactivate it, simply telling them our room number. They reactivated the key without asking us for any identification or personal information. That means anyone can go to reception and ask for a key to any room in the hotel.

Room cleaning is terrible. It takes no more than 10 minutes. The bed linen is never changed. They just wipe the floor without even moving the shoes.

When you check in, you are given one glass bottle of Font Vella water, and the hotel expects guests to keep using that bottle to refill water from the dispenser in the hallway. We threw the bottle into the trash because it is not designed for repeated reuse. During room cleaning, the housekeeper took it out of the trash and put it back on the table.

Food

The food is terribly greasy. The plates are dirty. Every second glass and cup is dirty as well.
