En relación calidad-precio esperaba un poco más en cuanto a poder aparcar en el parking sin tener que abonar el día (ya que la estancia ya es elevada y somos huéspedes), mejorar las duchas y confort de camas

The worst hotel we have ever stayed at.

Check-in

We had to wait while they finished cleaning the room before they could check us in. They were 15 minutes late.

Room

Since they were rushing to clean the room and check us in on time, it was cleaned very poorly. There were hairs lying around, and overall it was obvious that the room had been cleaned carelessly.

The rooms here are old. The bed linen and towels are extremely worn out. The refrigerator works, but it does not actually cool anything.

Be prepared that if you try to use the safe, you won’t be able to. And when you try to call reception to ask why, the phone may not work either, just like it happened to us.

When I went down to reception and asked why the safe wasn’t working, they told me that I had to pay €46 for 4 nights plus a €10 deposit. They also charge a €10 deposit for each beach towel. And if you want to replace a towel, they will ask you to pay €1 for every clean towel. I have never seen such stinginess anywhere else.

You are responsible for your own security at this hotel.

One day our key card stopped working. We went to reception and asked them to reactivate it, simply telling them our room number. They reactivated the key without asking us for any identification or personal information. That means anyone can go to reception and ask for a key to any room in the hotel.

Room cleaning is terrible. It takes no more than 10 minutes. The bed linen is never changed. They just wipe the floor without even moving the shoes.

When you check in, you are given one glass bottle of Font Vella water, and the hotel expects guests to keep using that bottle to refill water from the dispenser in the hallway. We threw the bottle into the trash because it is not designed for repeated reuse. During room cleaning, the housekeeper took it out of the trash and put it back on the table.

Food

The food is terribly greasy. The plates are dirty. Every second glass and cup is dirty as well.

The wifi was slow on our phones and it didn't even work on my laptop. I asked for help and they provided me secret instructions for making it work. It worked, but why didn't it work without any tricks?

La prima cosa un po’ sgradevole che ho notato sono stati gli odori. In camera, probabilmente a causa del ristagno dell’aria condizionata, ma anche nel corridoio del piano delle camere e soprattutto nel bar al piano -1, dove si percepiva un odore simile a quello della birra stagnante.
Un secondo aspetto che non ho apprezzato particolarmente è stato il fatto che molte cose fossero a pagamento, come la cassaforte, la palestra, il parcheggio e la sala giochi. Credo che almeno alcune di queste, se non fosse possibile renderle completamente gratuite, si sarebbero potute includere con una piccola franchigia, un po’ come è stato fatto per gli asciugamani da portare in piscina.
Per ultimo, anche se non dipende dall’hotel, non è stato bello trovare ogni mattina una calca di persone che già alle 7.45 si mettevano in coda per correre a prendere le sdraio in piscina.

Un’ora prima di arrivare (stavo facendo i controlli in ereoporto ) mi cambiano l’hotel per un problema tecnico!non è professionale un’ora prima dell’imbarco al volo siamo stati avvertiti che saremmo stati spostati in questo albergo mediterrani;essendo una catena globales penso avranno tutti la stessa metodologia di lavoro quindi: Pulizia scadente poca professionalità con una mail a cambiarci hotel per l intera vacanza Purtroppo, stavamo sull’aereo e abbiamo accettato il cambio ma avevamo scelto l’altro hotel poiché c’era una palestra attrezzata accanto e per questo motivo, ci siamo dovuti appoggiare su una struttura esterna (dato che nella palestra dell hotel con in cui dovevamo andare non era attrezzata)con costi maggiori rispetto a quanto avevamo preventivato. All’arrivo, il personale di reception si era dimenticato di farci indossare il braccialetto e con i piatti a tavola un cameriere in maniera molto sgarbata ci ha intimato di andare a metterci il braccialetto mentre un’altro ragazzo ci aveva detto di cenare tranquilli e poi andare;alla fine siamo andati per disperazione a farci mettere il braccialetto sennò continuava a ripetercelo per tutta la cena(quando comunque all entrata del ristorante avevamo comunicato la stanza e che faceva parte del all inclusive);
