Les chambres simples basiques sont un peu petite
Love the location, room, hotel, pool, hot tubs, ease of parking.
Pool could have been deeper in parts. A non-buffet breakfast choice.
Location was excellent, nice lobby, convenient parking.
Staff at the front desk quite disappointing. Breakfast only available at a partner restaurant, cheap fastfood-like chain with limited options and medium-low quality. Overall Not a good value for money.

Dans la chambre il faisait très froid (clim que nous n'avons pas réussi à régler et chauffage à fond à l'autre bout de la chambre)
Grande chambre et salle de bain. Très propre. Excellent emplacement.
Petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré (nombre de places, qualité du buffet, nombre de collaborateurs)
Le personnel était vraiment aux petits soins, particulièrement Jordan! L’ensemble du staff a été très agréable et disponible, toujours prêt à aider !
En revanche, j’ai été déçue par les chambres qui manquent franchement d’âme. Ça n’est pas à la hauteur de ce que j’espérais, loin de là, surtout en considérant le prix payé. C’était très propre, certes, mais la décoration et l’aménagement sont déprimants et pauvres. Cela manque vraiment d’élégance ! Heureusement, le personnel a tout fait pour m’accommoder au mieux et je les remercie bien sincèrement !
