La chambre était belle et très propre, l'hotel magnifique, super belles rénovations. Oeuvres d'art, déco.

le stationnement non disponible. J'ai réservé notre chambre en novembre 2025, de plus, une réservation non remboursable. Et j'ai reçu un avis concernant le stationnement non disponible que 2 semaines avant notre séjour. Ma mère ne peut marcher longtemps, donc c'est important d'avoir accès à la voiture. Quand nous sommes arrivés il n'y avait aucune place sur la rue du côté de l'hôtel, il y avait beaucoup de monde et pas de personnel disponible, nous avons stationné sur l'autre côté de la rue. Cela a été très compliqué pour le paiement. J'ai dû recommencer au moins 15 fois l'enregistrement de notre plaque autant sur l'appli que sur la borne. Malgré que 2 personnes à la réception nous ont assurés que nous pouvions avoir du support pour le paiement du stationnement sur la rue, la jeune dame valet n'a été d'aucune aide en répondant qu'elle ne travaillait pas pour la ville. Très très ordinaire comme réponse.
