Endroit beau, acceuillant, propre où nous sentons que nous sommes toujours les bienvenus.
Pros:

le confort et la tranquilité à tout heure du jour comme de nuit. et surtout le service aux chambres. C'est agréable que les d'avoir des serviettes propres et le lit fait.

Cons:

Le climatiseur, fort bien apprécié, mais quelque peut bruyant surtout quand la chambre est plus petite.

WE WERE NOT AWARE THAT THERE IS A FESTIVAL AT THGE TIME OF OUR STAY. THE HOTEL DID NOT NOTIFY US . I

NO TOILETRIES. IT WAS VERY CROWDED AND NOISY BECAUSE OF THE MUSIC FESTIVAL.
THE HOTEL DID NOT EMAIL US PRIOR TO. WE WERE VERY DISSAPOINTED, BUT IT WAS ALREADY TOO LATE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. IF WE WOULDKNOW WE WOULDNEVER BOOK IT THERE

The room has a nice view of the Parliment building and is quite comfortable.

Cons:

We were assigned to a room on the second floor which is very small and with a smell. They moved us to a room on the 5th floor after we complained.

La vue de notre chambre durant le FEQ sur les 2 scènes et manège militaire . Confort du lit et oreillers , café nespresso. Propreté et calme de l’hôtel malgré la proximité de la rue grande allée . Dépanneur dans l’hôtel , piscine .
