Pros:

Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous comfortable room. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great location, minutes from the chateau Frontenac but slightly away from the busy streets.

Cons:

Pool and gym were on the small side but still good.

L’emplacement est top ! Pour le reste je suis très mitigée.

Je suis très mitigée. L’hôtel est immense.. trop même. Pour moi ce n’est pas un 4 étoiles mais uniquement un 3. Les installations sont vieillottes, la piscine et les jacuzzi vraiment cheap et sales puisque tout le monde peut venir avec ses chaussures. Pour moi ce n’est pas digne d’un hôtel qui se veut de standing.
