The hotel was nice and in a good location.
Pros:

The room was nice and the location was great

Cons:

I did not like that there was no phone in the room to call the front desk. we had several issues and the qr code provided would just ask you to send an email or have AI help. I had to use website and call from that phone number as we had trouble with safe and thermostat.
Pillows were very uncomfortable.

Gostei muito da localização do hotel, local sossegado e muito perto da old Quebec

Cons:

Má limpeza do chão do quarto e deficiente limpeza da casa de banho.
Pequeno almoço com muito poucas opções para o preço

Pros:

Superbe chambre très bien aménagée. Grande avec beaucoup d'espace pour recevoir des membres de ma famille également en visite à Québec durant ce même week-end.

Pros:

Petit déjeuner c’était bien bon mais dispendieux pour les produits offerts. Diversité offerte ailleurs pour un prix moindre.
Le personnel dévoué et exceptionnel a été très efficace pour solutionner les problèmes!
Le voiturier était très serviable et courtois!

Cons:

Le bouchon du bain qui n’établissait pas l’étanchéité de la baignoire.
La difficulté à se brancher sur internet securisé.

Não havia aquelas coisas básicas num
Hotel deste nível: toca de banho, chinelos, garrafa de água no quarto.
Na receção havia uma máquina que disponibilizava água mas tinha de se pagar.
Mas o pior mesmo foi o pequeno-almoço. Indiscritível. Tudo mau, a qualidade, a variedade, o atendimento e até o local. Péssimo
Quanto a limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar.

Un hôtel accueillant, confortable et bien situé.
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse et les lits confortables. L’accueil était courtois et l’emplacement est parfait: juste à coté des plaines d’Abraham et à une courte distance à pied du vieux Québec.

Cons:

Tout était très bien.
