Great stay but will probably stay elsewhere next time
Pros:

The location was close to the Plains of Abraham and a 15 to 20 minute walk to other attractions. The room had a side view of the St. Lawrence River. The shower and soaps were very nice. Excellent Front Desk employees and valet staff. Great pillows and firm mattress.

Cons:

The bed sheets were not fitted and it was uncomfortable which was a shame since the mattress was firm and of very good quality. Amenities were lacking such as body lotion. Although there was an espresso coffee maker in the room it would have been nice to have a coffee/tea maker available either in the room or the reception area as it was in other hotels I've stayed in. The water machine was complicated to operate instead of just a plain water dispenser. We had to get an employee to instruct us on how to use the machine.
