Fantastic location
Pros:

Expensive hotel with fairly good service. Super tiny rooms. Outdated furniture & decor and overall needs renovation. Great location, easy to walk to everywhere which was fantastic. Only major complaint was when I asked the housekeeper for more toilet paper she told me to go get it myself in the basement! Expected more from an expensive hotel

Un lieu idéal pour visiter la ville, au cœur de Québec, un accueil chaleureux
Pros:

L’emplacement au cœur du vieux Québec juste à côté du château Frontenac avec vue sur le Saint Laurent. L’hôtel donne sur le jardin du gouverneur ou les écureuils viennent gambader le matin.
Le personnel d’accueil vraiment adorable, chaleureux et souriant.

Cons:

Notre chambre était au rdc proche de l’accueil et de l’ascenseur, un peu bruyante quand des groupes rejoignaient tard leur chambre. Mais c’est le seul petit bémol et les autres chambres étaient plus calmes.

A great place to stay!
Pros:

The location was excellent right next to the Château Frontenac and walkable to everything in the old city. Having free parking was excellent as well. The breakfast was also nice - pastries, breads, cereal, fruit, boiled eggs, crêpes.
The staff were super helpful and friendly as well

Cons:

I wish it had a mini bar fridge in the room. The hallways need to be updated as they are kind of dark and dingy.

Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend. In 2 Gehminuten waren wir auf der Terrasse Dufferin und somit im Herzen von Quebec. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Whirlpool. Frühstück haben wir nicht genommen.

Cons:

Es war alles ok, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Un séjour confortable et pratique au cœur du Vieux-Québec, avec un accueil irréprochable.
Pros:

Excellent séjour dans un établissement idéalement situé au cœur du Vieux-Québec. La chambre était confortable et agréable. Le personnel s'est montré particulièrement chaleureux et attentionné tout au long du séjour. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, avec un large choix de produits de qualité. Le parking sécurisé est un véritable atout dans ce secteur. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les boissons offertes à volonté (café, thé, eau et jus de fruits) ainsi que les réductions proposées dans plusieurs boutiques et activités aux alentours. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Cons:

Le système Chromecast mériterait d'être amélioré, car son fonctionnement n'était pas toujours fluide. L'insonorisation des chambres pourrait également être renforcée, certains bruits provenant des chambres voisines ou du couloir restant perceptibles.

Would happily recommend this hotel!
Pros:

Location near Dufferin Terrace and Chateau Frontenac - ideal for getting everywhere.
Valet parking turned out to be very convenient and reasonable
the staff was excellent. Helpful, friendly, efficient.
Even had GF bread at breakfast. Breakfast was reasonably priced.
Water and coffee in the lobby was a bonus!

Great location, thin walls
Pros:

Perfect location: close to everything in Old Quebec, yet with great car access.

Cons:

We could hear people talking and the TV playing from other rooms and the hallway.
No fridge in the room.
