Confortable et bien localisé!
Pros:

La proximité des attraits dans le vieux Québec
Le service de valet pour le stationnement
Le lit confortable

Cons:

L'air climatisé est très bruyant
Pas de cafetière ou frigo dans la chambre
Notre chambre avait une vue sur le stationnement (rez-de-chaussée)
Manque de comptoir dans la salle de bain

Ideal für einen Aufenthalt im wunderschönen Quebec
Pros:

Die Lage für einen Aufenthalt in Québec ist nicht zu toppen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich.
Die Ausstattung des'Zimmers war gut, die Betten waren bequem. Das Bad war mit allem ausgestattet, ausreichend Handtücher etc waren vorhanden - aber es ist leider zu klein.
Es gibt sehr ansprechende Aufenthaltsräume mit kostenfreien Säften und warmen Getränken.

Cons:

Leider ist alles sehr hellhörig und manche Gäste bedenken leider nicht die Uhrzeit und sind ignorant, wenn sie nachts noch den Fernseher aufdrehen oder spät zurückkehren.

Cons:

Les bruits, notamment à l’intérieur de l’hôtel, avec un ascenseur qui restait bloqué au 1er étage sans raison (signalé au personnel). L’insonorisation des chambres reste à désirer.

The ideal hotel for a Quebec stay.
Pros:

Our favourite hotel on a Canada tour. We cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The staff were so attentive and friendly. Excellent parking. Coffee and juice in the foyer as needed. Boardgames and books in the sitting area. A comfy bed and lovely room looking out onto the Frontenac and river.

Cons:

Our room was by the lift that kept opening and closing all night. The staff did show us how to stop this but we were awakened several times each night with it clanging. It needs a repair!

Very pleasant stay. Close to everything. Great value for the price.
Pros:

The property was close to everywhere. Beautiful neighbourhood and park. The staff here is so friendly. Appreciated the coffee machine in the lobby, cleanliness of the hotel and the proximity to boardwalk.

Cons:

Would be nice to have a mini fridge, but the rooms are small so I see why. A mirror outside of the bathroom would be helpful.

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel. Je recommande !
Pros:

C’est un bel établissement. L’accueil est parfait. La disponibilité du personnel. La propreté de l’endroit. Le petit salon avec à disposition des jeux et livres. Mise à disposition de la machine à café H 24.

Cons:

La fenêtre de la chambre donnant directement sur un parking. Le bruit de la climatisation. Le petit déjeuner payant en sus du prix de la chambre. Cela pourrait être compris.

Très beau séjour, j'ai réservé ma place pour l'an prochain
Pros:

Le personnel hyper sympathique et courtois, à l'écoute des clients. Très propre, très confortable et quand meme tranquille. Le seul bémol qui est probabblemnt hors du contrôle des employés, les gens qui ne cessent de claquer les portes à toute heure du jour ou de la nuit. Machine à café, à eau et à jus disponible en tout temps, un plus !

Cons:

La double facturation. Je comprends de geler le montant de la chambre plus un dépot de 200$ en cas de bris vol ou autre, mais le montant final devrait être ajusté de cette même tranasaction, pas en faire une nouvelle avec le montant de la chambre une seconde fois.
