Great location with quality accommodations
Pros:

Wonderful location in the heart of the old city.

Cons:

Rooms and interior were a bit more towards hostel compared to what the exterior of the building would suggest. Very well maintained, just not fancy or architecturally/period aligned.

Perfect situation in attractive old town houses
Pros:

A nice old building, wonderfully located at the head of a wooded green above the river close to the historic centre and a network of original streets. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our room was very comfortable but a little dark at basement level.
It would have been nice to have a larger and more comfortable lounge area in such a traditional a group of old town houses.
On one morning the bread which was not gluten-free was incorrectly labelled. These dietary protocols are important.

Beau séjour au Château Bellevue !
Pros:

Très beau séjour à l'hôtel Bellevue ! L'emplacement est vraiment bien avec le Jardin des Gouverneurs en face. Très tranquille tout en étant à quelques minutes de l'action.
La chambre était très agréable, le lit et la literie très confortables.
Excellent petit déjeuner continental.
Personnel courtois, une mention spéciale à Ibrahim que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Perfekte Lage, gemütliches sehr schönes Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und die Lage einfach perfekt. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Außerdem verfügt das Hotel über einen eigenen Parkplatz (was in dieser Lage wohl eher ungewöhnlich ist)

The best location ever
Pros:

Amazing location, just a few steps from Terrace Dufferin, Chateau Frontenac, Citadelle and good restaurants. The room has a good size, the bed is comfortable and everything looks clean. Everyone at the reception desk was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast seemed expensive for what was offered. We didn’t eat there, but I saw it. There were better options in the cafes around the city.

L’emplacement, le personnel très sympathique et serviable

Cons:

L’insonorisation inexistante, vous allez entendre les portes claquer tout le temps, si vous êtes au RDC bon courage car c’est l’endroit de passage pour l’ascenseur et en plus c’est ouvert sur l’accueil !
La chambre est très petite, le lit inconfortable (matelas qui rebondit dès que le partenaire bouge), compliqué d’ouvrir la fenêtre, la clim fait un bruit d’enfer… impossible aussi d’utiliser la TV, l’image saccade et Netflix/prime vidéo etc ça ne charge pas! C’est passable pour une nuit mais le niveau de confort est très décevant.

Loved being located in the old city. Being able to walk the boardwalk, around the shops and restaurants was so wonderful. Staff members were kind and extra helpful. The setting made for a perfect stay.

Cons:

As soon as I arrived, there was a huge skinny staircase leading up to the property with doors opening outwards, this requires helping people with their bags! Especially international tourists. The young guy at the desk just watched me struggle with my bags and not once did he offer to help. Just kind of looked away????? I then complained that the bath wouldn't drain in the bathroom, the person at the front desk said they'd deal with it by the time I'm back. I came back that evening to discover the issue had not been resolved. Turns out that the maintenace guy had been sent to the wrong room? At no point did he come back and go 'hmm that wasn't the correct room, maybe we should try other rooms or call the guest?' No that would be silly. Nor the fact that housekeeping went into my room, tidied everything, and again, didn't note that the bath was full and cold in the middle of the day with no one about. Eventually they gave me access to a second room so that I could shower. On my last day there was a totally different guy on the desk and he went out of his way to offer to help me with my bags. Also the room is so tiny it's literally just a bed. There isn't even a fridge in the room.

Every staff member was exceptional. Every request I made when booking was honored. The locational is amazing.

Cons:

Carrying luggage up the stairs was difficult and there was not enough electrical outlets near the desk.
