No acorde al precio
Pros:

Ubicacion es lo mejor del hotel, que no esta mal pero no está acorde al precio que se paga.

Cons:

Olor a baño en habitación y pasillos, es un problema de olor que salía de las cañerías y que para solucionarlo requiere de una modificación constructiva que no se soluciona con un simple aviso porque ya están al tanto del problema. Mala atencion a consultas via booking, porque responden pero mediante mensajes automáticos y no respondieron a consultas específicas que hice por mas que digan que si. Restaurante de carta limitada, fuimos a comer a otro lado cuando hubiéramos preferido hacerlo en el hotel.

El hotel y la habitación preciosos. Además está muy bien ubicado y puedes descansar sin el barullo de la vida nocturna de Salamanca.

Cons:

El precio del parking (21€) me pareció algo excesivo

Habitación amplia, estancia muy agradable y buena ubicación para visitar el centro.
Pros:

La ubicación está bien si quieres estar cerca del centro. Pero por ese motivo, necesitas hacer uso del parking. El desayuno normal, y la habitación era grande. Estuvimos bien, y todo agradable.

Localização e tamanho dos quarto

Cons:

Pequeno almoço relativamente pobre. Quartos um pouco antigos com alcatifas (é uma questão pessoal - provoca-me alergias) a relação qualidade preço deixa um pouco a desejar. Mas para ser honesto o hotel não tem nada notoriamente mau.

We had a wonderful stay here. This is a great hotel. Spacious, comfortable luxury rooms. Lovely helpful staff- the restaurant staff were excellent- we had a fabulous meal there and they catered for my child with a severe allergy with grace and put us at perfect ease. Great breakfast with lots of choice and Great location close to everything and lovely views from our room with a balcony. We used the car park which was so useful. There is no narrow ramp Like some Spanish hotels and spaces were fine for our large car. The gym, sauna and jacuzzi were a welcome treat. I could not recommend this enough.

Cons:

There was nothing I would change. Everything was super- Salamanca is beautiful and this is a great luxury comfortable base. We will be back.
