al mio arrivo l'addetto alla reception mi dice che risultano prenoatate a mio nome 2 camere. e quando dico che io ne avevo prenotato una, e anche andando sul mio profilo risultava una sola camera, non riesce a darmi spiegaxzioni e consiglia di sentire a booking. Mi dice che una non era annullabile e quindi ho pagato 2 camere pur usandone una sola. vorrei sapere da booking cosa è successo. ammettendo che mi sono sbagliato perchè, magari guardando la camera non rimborsabile mi è partita la prenotazione, ma quindi sul mio profilo prenotazioni avrei dovuto vedere 2 camere prenotate, cosa che non era quando prima della partenza mi sono riguardato tutte le prenotazioni, visto che ne avevo altre in altre città.... ma su Ravenna ne risultava una. quindi devo rimetterci più di 100 euro per una camera che, probabilmente, non avevo confermato la prenotazione? E se anche mi fossi sbaglliato, perchè non mi compariva nelle mia prenotazioni in modo che avtei potuto annullare l'altra camera che era annullabile?
