I felt as though we were being treated like the typical population of the immediate area of Kenner.
Cons:

Being treated like a deadbeat at 11 am on the first night of my stay. The maid beat on the door and was fairy rude. I
had checked in around 1 am and was extremely tired from dealing with flight cancellations all day and didn't know if I was going to get out of N.O. the next day so I ask the young lady if she had availability for the following day if I needed it, to which she said yes. Anyway I ended up not sleeping but a couple of hours because my adult Daughter who was staying down the road (where there was no more availability otherwise I'd have stayed there) was very ill so I ended up going to pick her up to care for her. So again it was a rude awakening.
