Signature level guests seemed oversold. Unable to get a sunbed at many points of the day. Several other family’s experienced this with us.
"all include" hotel is comfortable, clean and got variety of pools , great resturants and nice beach.
rooms are very basic. At a price of €500 per night, I expected for far more comfort—such as a selection of blankets and pillows, toiletries, mini bar which contain more than few beverage cans, and so on—but in reality, none of that was provided. You could get a room with this low level of amenities, for just €100

Environment was clean, staff was friendly
Our room had ants and I reached out to the hotel at three different times and no one came to do anything. Also, sink in the bathroom was clogged and wasn’t fixed.

All-inclusive, but not everything is included. Good hotel, but not outstanding. The service was good and the staff very courteous.
Had a fantastic dinner at Portofino restaurant. Both Pietros were very attentive and looked after us till the end of the evening.

lovely pools and good cocktails, Giovanni Geraci was really attentive and funny!
The whole stay has been excellent and Giovanni Geraci was an excellent waiter at El Dorado, taking us through the steak selection expertly and was very charismatic.
We had a really good relaxing time as a family of seven adults. Giovanni Geraci in El Dorado restaurant was particularly outstanding and funny. We will come back
