El trató siempre fue muy bueno, las instalaciones muy limpias, la alberca está increíble lo disfrutamos mucho sin duda regresaria

Cons:

Que no todas las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado, me tocó una con ventilador y en algún momento si se sintió demasiado fuerte el calor

Relajación con amigas
Pros:

El lugar es hermoso con mucha historia, cuenta con unos jardines increíbles, todo el personal es muy atento, cuentan con muchas actividades para relajarse.

Cons:

No me gustó que nos otorgaron una habitación cerca de un grupo que iba por trabajo, lo cual generaba ruido, gritos por la noche, ambiente de fiesta lo cual dificulto el objetivo de mi viaje que fue relajación.
Solicite informes del masajista y me comentaron podria ser en la habitación sin embargo pienso podría ser en alguno de los enormes jardines y disfrutar de los sonidos de la naturaleza

Las instalaciones muy bonitas y un lugar muy memorable

Cons:

No todas las habitaciones tienen clima, y los ventiladores hacen bastante ruido por la noche, lo cual para algunos se dificultara conciliar el sueño. Teniendo en cuenta que es un lugar para descansar fuera del ruido de la ciudad y de no ser por ese problema creo que tu descanso sería más cómodo. La comida nada fuera de lo normal, tanto a la carta como el buffet del desayuno esta cumplidor.

Alte Hacienda, fast 500 Jahre alt, sehr beeindruckend, auch die Alberca. Feines Frühstück und Abendessen zu vernünftigen Preisen.

Cons:

Frühstück gibt es, aber das wird bei booking.com verneint; trotz uralter beeindruckender Hacienda, würde eine Erneuerung im Hotel anstehen: Einbau einer Klimaanlage und Erneuerung der viel zu lauten Ventilatoren.

La Hacienda conserva muy bien su esencia histórica y ofrece información sobre su pasado ligado a Hernán Cortés. Destacan
Pros:

Se mantiene la esencia de la Hacienda. Se puede pedir información histórica de la Hacienda (perteneció a Hernán Cortés). Pedimos la habitación de mayor costo por qué era la única categoría con aire acondicionado (de gran valor en esta época de temperaturas altas). Tienen unas catacumbas que le dan un toque especial. La alberca es amplia y está en muy buenas condiciones. Los jardines son muy lindos y bien cuidados. El kit que dejan en el baño incluye repelente para mosquitos. El personal de recepción, restaurantes e incluso el de mantenimiento de jardines fue muy amable y atento.

Cons:

El pan dulce no es variado. Los datos históricos que proporcionan son muy breves y básicos (le vería mucho valor a entregar un material más completo).

Es un lugar muy bonito y grande con muchas actividades el recorrerla es un espectáculo, comida buena y a precio justo una ubicación muy cómoda de encontrar
