Todo perfecto, pero la habitación tiene cosas que mejorar
Pros:

La alberca estuvo fantastica!, todo el tiempo el agua a una temperatura ideal para el clima, el restaurante también estuvo muy bien, con platos ricos y con porciones grandes.

Cons:

A pesar de que la habitación era "Deluxe", el tamaño era pequeño, las almohadas estaban muy duras o con "bolitas" en el relleno lo que desafortunadamente no nos dejó descansar de manera adecuada, y lo menos funcional fue la tina de baño, la regadera estaba en el mismo lugar pero el entrar o salir de la tina era un acto de acrobacia, el shampoo que nos colocaron es de mala calidad, el Wifi malo.

Pros:

Me gustó mucho la hacienda, como se ha conservado.

Cons:

No había aire acondicionado y no tenían algún plan todo incluído, viaje con carriola y había que cargarla al subir escaleras ya que en algunas zonas no cuenta con rampa o elevador.

We loved it.
Pros:

Beautiful well kept property. Lovely pool. Good restaurant with many menu options. Very fun and inexpensive horse ride. Hotel provided a wheelchair for the duration of our stay.

Cons:

A little difficult to navigate a wheelchair from our rooms. No connecting rooms (or we weren't given one).

Planes de comidas y opción a check un temprano

En general las instalaciones y que pude hacer mi check in un poco antes de lo que ofrecen

Cons:

No es que no me gustara pero hubiera preferido mucho que ofrecieran planes de hospedaje con comida incluida ya que soy empresario y eso me facilita mucho mis salidas, en general todo muy bien.

Relajaré, hermoso y con historía.
Pros:

La alberca es riquísima,bella, amplia. El restaurante súper rico!! La ensalada de la hacienda súper buena! Las áreas son coloniales pero podrían poner un área de juegos para los niños. Muy relajante. Nada de ruido. Muy limpio y cuidado. De muy buen gusto para un fin de semana.

Las almohadas y por la época los mosquitos son muy salvajillos.

Pros:

El trató siempre fue muy bueno, las instalaciones muy limpias, la alberca está increíble lo disfrutamos mucho sin duda regresaria

Que no todas las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado, me tocó una con ventilador y en algún momento si se sintió demasiado fuerte el calor

Relajación con amigas
Pros:

El lugar es hermoso con mucha historia, cuenta con unos jardines increíbles, todo el personal es muy atento, cuentan con muchas actividades para relajarse.

Cons:

No me gustó que nos otorgaron una habitación cerca de un grupo que iba por trabajo, lo cual generaba ruido, gritos por la noche, ambiente de fiesta lo cual dificulto el objetivo de mi viaje que fue relajación.
Solicite informes del masajista y me comentaron podria ser en la habitación sin embargo pienso podría ser en alguno de los enormes jardines y disfrutar de los sonidos de la naturaleza
