The shower in room 272 did not have hot water. The key cards were not working. The pool was not heated and was cold. The bed was uncomfortable and the comforter was super thin.

Die Lage zum Park. Ordentliche und saubere Zimmer. Parkplätze im Zimmerpreis enthalten. Sehr nette MitarbeiterInnen an der Reception. Laundry-Raum.
Das Frühstück war ungenießbar und für ein Best Western von Papptellern mit Plastikbesteck zu essen und aus Plastikbechern zu trinken fanden wir unterirdisch. Das Essen war nie aufgefüllt und es gab nur Süßes und abgepacktes Essen. Traurig für das Geld. Fitnessstudio sollte nicht als dieses bezeichnet werden und den Pool könnte man schöner gestalten

Salle du petit déjeuner beaucoup trop sous dimensionnée par rapport aux nombre de clients. Une seule personne pour s’occuper d’apporter les aliments. Une file d’attente de 20 personnes à chaque poste et la fin du petit déjeuner à 9h.
J’ai envoyé un message par l’application booking avant nous arrivée afin d’avoir des informations, mais personne n’a daigné répondre.
Les chambres sont moyennes et mal isolées phoniquement.
