Habitación cómoda con buen aire acondicionado, ubicación buena para acceder a las principales atracciones de Amsterdam y con variedad de restaurantes en las cercanías

Cons:

Falta de aire acondicionado o insuficiente en las áreas comunes, desayuno correcto teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel de tres estrellas.

Absolutely no issues, great staff, great location. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in central Amsterdam

Lage des Hotels ist super! Viele Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe sowie die Einkaufsstrasse ist eine Strasse weiter. Bahnhof 5-7 min sonst Tramstation direkt vor dem Hotel

Great location, but needs a little work.
Pros:

The location was great. The bed was hard and not comfortable at all. When I booked I was told that breakfast was included, it was not. The staff was friendly. There were clothes in our room when we checked in that looked as if they had been left by a previous guest. There was a bad smell from overflowing garbage outside of our window, and our tv did not work?

Sono arrivata all'hotel stanca a mezzanotte dopo un volo con scalo che aveva ritardato ed era stato poi cancellato. Dopo tanto a cercare un hotel in aereoporto, chiamo questo hotel al telefono. Provo a prenotare con loro al telefono e mi dicono che ci sono alcune stanze disponibili ancora. Mi dicono che però devo prenotare su booking oppure il loro sito. Quindi prenoto sul loro sito. Arrivo li all'hotel già stanca e provata. Aspetto 15 min, perchè parlavano con gli altri ospiti e dopo di che mi chiedono il nome e mi comunicano che la mia stanza non era disponibile perchè c'era stato un overbooking e che qualcuno aveva prenotato allo stesso momento. Si sono proposti di trovarmi un albergo, mi hanno detto che non sapevano quanto avrei dovuto aspettare. Aspetto altri 15 minuti più o meno, mi dicono che hanno trovato un albergo e che non avrei dovuto pagare nulla ma che era al ''centro'' (Io conosco bene Amsterdam e ci ho vissuto, dove mi trovavo era il centro, non dove mi hanno mandato). Mi danno il nome dell'hotel e si trovava a 30 min da li. Ho chiesto se si sarebbero occupati loro del mio trasporto e mi hanno detto di no. Scocciata sono andata all'altro hotel all'1 di mattina, dove mi hanno chiesto 100 euro per la cauzione. Hotel lontanissimo da tutto. 4 piani a piedi senza ascensore con valigie.

Es espectacular para pasar 2 o 3 dias y tener todo a mano, ademas de que las habitaciones son hermosas y comodas! el baño muy comodo, llegamos en tren y fuimos caminando al hotel, el personal muy atento. lo super recomiendo.
