Overall it was a good experience but the upfront staff needs to improve.
Pros:

The porters were very helpful and friendly from the moment I arrived. They assisted with my luggage, were always attentive to whether I needed transportation, and made sure I was safe. Their professionalism and kindness made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also want to give a big shout-out to my waiter at the buffet. He made my experience much better by being attentive, helpful, and always checking to see if I needed anything. His excellent service really stood out and was greatly appreciated.

Cons:

Some of the front desk staff during check-in were a bit rude and, at times, seemed to be talking about guests. The check-in instructions were also incomplete. Instead of taking the time to explain the process or answer questions, they simply looked at you as if the conversation was over and you were expected to leave. A more welcoming attitude and clearer communication would have made the check-in experience much better. I also I tried the buffet, and for the price, there weren't many options. The four times I went up to get food, several of the serving trays were empty. Thankfully, one of the waitresses noticed and offered to bring me food directly from the kitchen, which definitely improved my experience.

Precios muy altos por una experiencia muy basica
Pros:

La habitación muy amplia pero sin vista a la minerva

Cons:

El buffet muy básico (hot dog, mini Hamburguesas, dedos de quesos, choripanes y papas muy malas /frías, aguadas y pan tienso).
No hay una terraza para poder disfrutar de los eventos/festejos en la Minerva (aprovechen los locales solos y descuidados de la esquina).
En la habitación una sola taza y una capsula de cafe (habitación de 2 personas)/ se le aviso a mucama y solo llevo una taza mas.

el servicio es muy bueno , el hotel de muy buen nivel
todo genial sin duda lo recomiendo ampliamente .
los precios por medios de booking super bien ya que es un hotel muy exclusivo

Cons:

Lo unico que no me gusto es que aveces son un poco invasivos algunos guardias pero lo reporte con el gerente y todo muy bien !
es un hotel no tan familiar si no para personas que viajan por negocios
