Loved the first time of two we stayed , didn’t love it the second time

Great hotel!!
Pros:

This is our second time staying here while our daughter is in inpatient treatment at the Eating Recovery Center and we love it. They offer a discounted rate for ERC visitors and free Lyft rides to/from ERC which has been so helpful. Very comfortable and well laid-out rooms, nice towels, and the breakfast is good for an included hotel breakfast. All the staff have been so friendly and accommodating. There’s a really pleasant outdoor area adjacent to the pool, we enjoyed sitting outside with our wine and snacks. The location is great, right next to a really nice walking trail (request a room facing the front of the hotel so you have a nice view of the trail/trees/stream). Also directly across the street from a Target, and walking distance to chick-fil-a and Sam’s No 3, a great diner. We will definitely be back and have recommended it to other visiting family members who have also been happy.

Not worth it if it’s only for one night.
Pros:

Very Clean

Cons:

They add a $15 parking fee which is stupid especially how much you pay to stay there. Like how the hell do they expect you to get there by a horse? I see it can be good long term to stay at that hotel but not for one night especially for the hidden fees

Well positioned; parking was available for free, good service
Pros:

Having a seperate working area was great. The wine/beer sundowner was great too

Cons:

Location was good for our trip. Noisy neighbors and broken bathroom door were intolerable..
Pros:

Bacon was excellent. Eggs were ok. Couldn't identify yogurt from sour cream. But then yogurt with strawberries were great. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Very noisy neighbor's - loud TV. Very annoying. Had to turn on our TV to drown it out. Most negative thing was the bathroom sliding door which would not slide closed without a horrible screeching noise. When there are two people in the room you want your privacy in the bathroom! When I told the clerk at the desk she said oh yes that was reported before but it hasn't been fixed yet. Then I should have had a different room. Or been comped. There were also no plugs in the bathroom for me to use a hair dryer or curling iron in front of the mirror.
