Fantastic hotel in a great location, staff went above and behind to make our stay fabulous.

Lage super, Personal sehr freundlich, Suite veraltet. Frühstück standardmäßig.
Pros:

Die Lage war toll. Nachts war es ruhig.

Cons:

Das alte zum Teil abgenutzte Mobiliar. In einer Suite mit einem Preis von über 300€ die Nacht erwarte ich ein Sofa ohne Flecken und einen Boden , der nicht aufgequollen ist.

A localização foi o único ponto forte. Decepcionada com as instalações.
Pros:

Boa cama, boa localização, fica pertinho da Fontana do Trevi, de várias lojas e de vários locais turísticos. Banheiro conta com secador de cabelo e espelho de aumento, muito bom.

Cons:

O banheiro mais esquisito que já vi na vida, parece um corredor. Ah, e atenção se você pensa em pegar um quarto nesse hotel: o ar condicionado PARAVA DE FUNCIONAR em vários momentos. Estava muito quente, mais de 35 graus, então era impossível ficar sem. Quando reclamávamos, os funcionários faziam pouco caso, não resolviam ou pediam desculpas. É uma central que faz o ar circular. Fiquei na recepção um pouco para pegar um ar condicionado dali e vi que muitas pessoas ligavam ou desciam pedindo como iam fazer por não estar funcionando o ar, evidenciando que isso foi um problema do hotel. Eles diziam que não tinha o que fazer e tinha que esperar porque estava muito quente e o sistema não dava conta. Em um momento, bateram na porta do quarto e simplesmente ENTRARAM para consertar o ar, sendo que não estava liberada a entrada deles, um descaso total.

Never again!!! Not friendly, the mattress sank, the silicon in the bathroom need repair, the ceiling above the air conditioning saw better days, instead of a small living room we’ve had one more double bed we put the sign please clean the room we came back late afternoon no one clean the room and she sawed me a foto that say please don’t disturb, I gone if the cleaning ladies change it so always take a photo of the sign

L'ottima posizione non giustifica il costo.. ma bene..

La posizione e la simpatia è gentilezza della signora alla Reception; la presenza di un terrazzino per poter fumare una sigaretta in pace contemplando i romantici tetti di Roma. La buona colazione varia e gustosa. La gentilezza della ragazza al bar.

Cons:

La mancanza di servizi come un asciugamano in più, un paio di ciabattine, la presa vicino al letto, la scomodità del portarotolo di carta igienica rispetto alla posizione del wc, la pulizia sommaria (o forse il senso di trascurato della moquette nei corridoi, e le siliconature in bagno).. Insomma, per il costo (154€) direi che si commenta da solo.

Perfect location close to major attractions
Pros:

Location was excellent and as a solo traveller meant alot to be close to major attractions, transport and food options.

Cons:

One flight of stairs which were unexpected despite my room being on level four and the elevator arriving at level 4. Minor criticism though.
