Pros:

Alla reception personale sorridente e cortese; io avevo una camera al quarto piano, per una persona andava bene, stanza con metrature normali per il centro di Roma, con un bagno nuovo anche se non finestrato, ottima pulizia della camera, posizione centrale ma silenziosa la sera ,aria condizionata non eccessiva, che apprezzo sempre soggiornando spesso in albergo., vicinanza di moltissimi locali per cenare .

Cons:

Stanza per colazioni piccola se si voleva stare dentro, ma sicuramente un aspetto irrisorio essendo in pieno centro a Roma.Ascensore datato, quindi piccolo .poche prese per ricaricare PC e cellulare,essendo un viaggio di lavoro avrei apprezzato più di una presa in camera da usare.

La atención de todo el personal muy positiva.

Poca cobertura dentro del edificio, aunque el hotel tiene wifi y ha ayudado con el problema.

La posizione è l’unica cosa positiva

Cons:

Camera piccola, bagno senza bidet, doccia con miscelatore rotto, aria condizionata non modificabile in temperatura. Letto scomodo. Struttura vecchia e fatiscente

Eccellente esperienza con animale domestico al seguito (un maltese)

Lo staff è estremamente cordiale e disponibile e, per me, questo è già un punto a favore non da poco. La posizione è eccellente ( a due passi da Piazza di Spagna), comodissimo anche alla metro Spagna... Molti ristoranti, bar, osterie intorno... TOP

Cons:

Un guasto all'ascensore.. ma può succedere.. il resto ha compensato ampiamente, nel mio caso, questo piccolo inconveniente.
